The trip is well-organized, relaxing, and a must-do for visitors who love scenic cruises.
Bad salesman, hustler. He informs us that we will be picked up from our hotel. Minutes go by and nobody... When we get in touch with him, he informs us that the meeting point was on the other side of town and that the bus has already passed. The departure time has passed, no refund was possible and this despite their false information regarding the meeting point! No activity, no refund... They take the money without worrying about the customer.
Beautiful boat & lovely day trip. Plenty of refreshments and swim stops made for a really relaxing day. Would highly recommend.
