Unfortuantely, we did not have the same experience many others mentioned in this review section. We did not have one of the two drivers mentioned in a majority of the previous reviews, and maybe that is why our experience was so vastly different. We received almost no history or facts about Dubai, and most of our time was spent in the car backtracking routes or in traffic. We had to remind the driver about certain stops, and did not have stops/experiences like what was advertised in the intinerary. Our driver was nice and a good driver, but if I could, I would get some of my money back because we paid for an experience that was not delivered upon. I want to be clear that I do not blame the driver and instead think this was a case of mismanagement. The driver should've been more educated on the requirements of the job/route/itinerary before being sent to pick-up clients.

While we’re pleased to know your guide was courteous and drove safely, we apologize that the tour did not include the level of historical insight and itinerary flow as advertised. Please note that no specific guide was requested at the time of booking. Due to seasonal traffic and a major event near the Financial Centre, unexpected delays occurred, and alternative routes were used to minimize disruption. Explanations were therefore provided primarily at the sites rather than in traffic, and language differences may have also affected communication. We have reviewed the matter with our guide that was assigned with you that day for your tour, already attempted to contact you to discuss your concerns and possible compensation You're very important to us & your satisfaction is our top priority!
This was a great first day tour for us to familiarize ourselves with the city and know where things are. While we did not have time to enter any of the attractions, we got to see the highlights and go back later. Unfortunately, for us we came during New Year's holiday and everywhere was very crowded. Saif was good at explaining things and we never felt rushed. He even allowed us time to shop in the souks. Be careful though it is very easy to get overcharged if you are new at shopping there. Always ask how much first and walk away if you don't want to buy. Don't feel obligated or you can definately get sucked in. The blue Mosque was our favorite stop and Saif gave us great history of their faith.

Nazar is such a welcoming and friendly person! He made sure I was comfortable with everything and tailored plans as per my need. Nazar explained to me intricate details of every attraction and possibly every other building we saw on the road. He went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend him for this tour!

I had the absolute best experience with Majid during my Dubai layover. Even with our tight schedule, unexpected hiccups, delays, he managed to show my family all the major highlights of the city without ever making it feel rushed. His hospitality really stood out — from the moment he picked me up, he was warm, welcoming, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. What I appreciated most was his flexibility. He adjusted the plan effortlessly based on what I wanted to see and how much time I had, and he was incredibly accommodating with last-minute tweaks. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving his guests a memorable experience. He went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t miss anything, and his knowledge of Dubai made the whole tour even more enjoyable. The Desert Safari portion was amazing too — fun, safe, and filled with small touches that showed his commitment to creating a positive experience. Thanks to Amjad Bhai who helped with the arrangements for this part. If you have a layover in Dubai or just want a fantastic, stress-free tour, Majid is the guide you want. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed this tour. Since this was a private tour and not a group tour, we were able to go at our own pace. Our tour guide Saif was very knowledgeable and kept to the itinerary. He suggested we go to the Burj Khalifa first and we were able to go up really fast. Try going between 8-9 AM. On this tour, I got all the pictures I wanted of all the top tourist spots in one day. I didn’t have to waste my time doing several tours so I highly recommend this tour.

A good way to experience the highlights of Dubai in one day. Especially appreciated going up the Burj first and ending with a visit to the Blue Mosque.
