Usama was very warm and personable upon meeting and throughout the experience, this was seen in his interactions with other as well. He set expectations and gave valuable information as he interacted and shared his wealth of knowledge in an engaging way. He went above and beyond in making sure we enjoyed the tour. Usams is an asset to your company and is highly recommended without hesitation.

Super way to be introduced to the most important sights in Dubai for the first time visitors. Most places stop there only to stretch legs and take photos, if you want inside later on the holiday the guide will give good advice. The tour ends with a fountain show at Dubai Mall, and begins with mosque visits, both of which are great experiences. Women can advantageously bring clothing to cover hair, shoulders and arms and legs and even wrists and ankles, so you do not have to borrow clothing at the mosque. Great recommendation from here, no bidding along the way, the trip is as described.

The shuttle that picked us was in very poor shape. The bus for the trip was good and return shuttle was excellent. Overall tour was good and guide was knowledgeable. Enjoyed the day.

We had an incredible Dubai city tour experience, and a huge part of that was because of Adeel Sarwar. From the very start, he was extremely professional, right on time, and well organized, which immediately set the tone for a smooth and enjoyable day. He took us through some of the most iconic and meaningful places in Dubai — Burj Khalifa, Al Seef, and the Palace, among others — and what truly stood out was how much knowledge he shared at every stop. He didn’t just point things out; he explained the history, culture, and significance behind each place in a way that was engaging and easy to understand. What I appreciated most was how honest, respectful, and genuine he was throughout the tour. He kept us on track without ever rushing us, made sure we got the best experience at each location, and communicated clearly at every step. You could tell he genuinely cared about giving us the best possible tour. This was hands down one of the best guided tours we’ve had — professional, informative, and personal all at once. I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Dubai. If you’re looking for a guide who truly knows the city and makes the experience memorable, he’s THE ONE.

Unfortunately, this tour did not match what was advertised. Several major locations listed on the website were not visited at all, including Zabeel Palace, Mercato Shopping Mall, Burj Al Arab, and Dubai Marina. The tour also started about 30 minutes late and felt very rushed, with little time to enjoy the stops. Overall, the experience was disappointing and incomplete compared to what was promised.
