It’s easy to get to the launching area from the Lake Shore Rd.. The boat is comfy & vintage. The guide is amusing & knows about the area. This makes it really interesting and well worth doing. We didn’t have much time in Toronto as we were there to see one of the RUSH 50 Hometown concerts, at Scotiabank Arena, so this was a good value trip to help us see as much of beautiful Toronto as possible.
Terrible and confusing directions on getting to the proper tour group. Every single boat and slip in that area is called “Toronto Island Tours”. We arrived 30 minutes prior to departure and were directed to 3 different boarding areas that had same departure times. By the time we got to the right place (that had “Toronto Water Taxi” as the title) we had missed our scheduled departure. That being said, the staff was very friendly, honored our ticket and got us on the next departure. The boat is a basic large utilitarian pontoon. The narrator was sweet, knowledgeable and funny. Overall, glad we went but wouldn’t consider it a “not to miss”. A bit expensive for the experience.
Beautiful day for a boat ride around the harbor. Our guide provided some great insight on Toronto and the harbor.
We had a great experience with emily as our tour guide and quinn as our captain. Emily had a great personality and we learned alot about the island.
The staff were very, very pleasant and most informative about the city and the islands in the harbour. The journey felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommended.
Our guide was Natalie and Angel our skipper. Angel skippered us around the harbour and islands smoothly and paused for photo opportunities. Natalie told us all about what we were seeing with humour. She was very knowledgeable and made the whole trip very enjoyable. We would highly recommend this trip and if you are lucky enough to have Natalie and Angel aboard, then even better!

An easy and relaxing hour on the beautiful water that gives an overview of the Toronto Harbor and its islands. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable. We took this tour the morning before our flight home.
We loved this cruise! It was beautiful at night and informative but also very relaxing. Oliver was a terrific guide with great energy and humor!
