First it wasn't dark out at 6pm. There wasn't much description of what we were seeing, only a few points of interest. Sat inside and couldn't see buildings on other side too well.

I’m in the line - have been for an hour (got here at 6.15) having booked the 7pm cruise. We won’t get on the 8pm as the line is still so big. The boat company is still selling tickets for tonight as well. PLEASE AVOID. This has soured our experience of Paris and I will contact TripAdvisor to get these scam artists banned. They should be ashamed of themselves

We truly understand how disappointing this must feel, especially when you planned your evening around the 7 PM cruise. Please allow us to clarify that your booking was for standard entry tickets. These are not Express Pass or Fast Track skip the line tickets. Boarding is managed directly by the boat operator and is subject to availability and operational capacity on site. During peak hours, especially in high season, waiting times can be longer than expected. That said, we take your feedback very seriously. We will immediately investigate this issue with the cruise operator to understand what happened and why the queue was unusually long while tickets were still being sold. Your experience matters to us, and we truly regret that this has affected your visit to Paris. We will do our best to review this case and update you as soon as possible.
Total and complete scam - dont book. They give you a time slot and even when we showed up thirty minutes early you have the wait on line and its just first come first serve which isnt listed anywhere. We had a reservation and couldnt make it because we had to wait in line for forty minutes well past when we were supposed to get on. When you do get on you are shoulder to shoulder packed in we ended up just calling it instead of standing shoulder to shoulder for an hour. My first time being scammed by something on this site but Im incredibly disappointed. And when we asked for a refund because of the false advertising we got no sort of help.

The tickets were issued correctly and remain valid, and the conditions regarding standard entry and crowd management are set by the venue itself. While we fully understand how uncomfortable the situation felt once inside. We are truly sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations.
