My husband and I are based in Comar for two weeks without a vehicle. That hasn’t been an issue, but we wanted to see other places. We booked this tour for France, Germany, and Switzerland. Cathy was our very experienced guide for the day. She made the trip informative and most enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating. She could’ve easily canceled as it was just the two of us for the trip, but she was a woman for and didn’t even blink that we were her only guest for the day. Thank you, Cathy for making our dream of seeing Germany and Switzerland possible.

Our guide was very personable but a bit limited in her knowledge as well as being able to understand and converse with the English speaking tourists. The two big cities in Germany and Switzerland could both be replaced by more quaint smaller villages like our last stop Guisheim.

We had three stops and had a lovely walk with the tour guide in the first stop Eguisheim. The third stop in Basel was better but not as expected. We were surprised that we were dropped in Freiburg and given two hours to explore the area by ourselves with no tour provided by the company. I would’ve prepared more if I knew it was up to me So overall, it felt like transportation between the three cities. There were no introductions offered for the 5 guests and water was there but offered late.

We really enjoyed this tour, Laura was a great driver/guide. We learned so much we hadn’t known, including a lot of new information about a town we had already visited. Laura made sure that we were comfortable and got to do all the things we wanted. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience on yesterday’s tour! Our driver, Dixie was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and shared so much interesting information throughout the trip. As it turned out, we were the only ones who booked the tour, so we ended up with a private experience, which made it even more special. We never felt rushed, had plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and really appreciated the personalized attention. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun, informative, and memorable experience!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Our tour guide, Didier, texted us the afternoon before our trip with the pickup location, which was a two minute walk from our hotel. Didier was great! He was knowledgeable, funny, attentive, and a very good driver. He kept checking in with us to make sure we were having a good time and that he was providing the right amount of information. From Colmar, we rode in his comfortable, 7-seater van (there were three other people on the tour) about 15 minutes to the small village of Eguisheim. We got there nice and early, which was great because it was quiet and we felt like we had the village to ourselves. Didier walked us around town for about 1/2 hour or so, pointing out some very interesting sights and answering our questions, and then we were off to Freiberg (about 45 minutes away). Didier walked us to the public market/cathedral and gave us some information about the area before letting us wander around on our own for 2 hours. My wife and I walked around the market, went inside the cathedral, and stopped for lunch at a restaurant nearby. Then, we were off to Basel (another 45 minutes or so). Didier parked and walked us around the old part of the city. He even recommended a good place to get chocolate. We were in Basel for about an hour and a half before we were on the road again. The whole tour was about 7 hours, and we felt like each leg was the perfect amount of time. Didier spoke English very well and made us feel comfortable and safe the whole time. He provided just enough background information about where we were (he didn’t inundate us, which can be exhausting, but we felt well informed the whole time). If you’re in the Alsace region, this activity is a must-do! This has been the absolute highlight of our trip!

This 3-country day tour was absolutely magical! Experiencing France, Germany, and Switzerland in a single day is an unforgettable whirlwind. Our guide Didier was incredibly patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable, making the entire day flow seamlessly. I highly recommend this tour. Didier went above and beyond, pointing out historical landmarks and graciously snapping photos. Visiting three distinct countries in one day was an adventure we will never forget!
