I’ve always dreamed of visiting the Black Forest, the land of the cuckoo clocks and the tales of the Brothers Grimm whose enchanting stories like Hansel and Gretel and Little Red Riding Hood. And it did not disappoint when I visited with my wife to experience what it is like to be deep in this part of Germany. Enjoyed the private tour with Laurent, at our own ace. We covered Freiburg with its drains with spring water running around the city, as well as a great scenic drive through the Black Forest. Would recommend this tour!

Great day! Max was an excellent guide. Well worth the trip. Sounds long, but it goes by quickly. We went from Strasbourg to Freiburg via the autobahn, then a guided tour of Freiburg, lunch on our own, and wandering in the market. Next, was a drive through the beautiful Black Forest, including a stop at Titisee, a gorgeous glacier lake, with Black Forest cake & coffee.

Laurent was the memorable tour guide! The places he took us were authentic, he was engaging with my our 18 & 22 year old and his knowledgeable of the area and history were incredible.

The cruise itself organized a guided tour of the city for us, it is worth it because it is a wonderful city, very clean, with most of the buildings in the historic center rehabilitated. We loved it.

We had a great day with an amazing tour guide! Because of the rain the tour guide took us to Colmar which was incredible! You can’t miss taking this day trip!

Jerome is a friendly, very knowledgeable, guide who gave us an all day private tour out of Strasbourg. Very good explanation and historical perspectives of the villages and countryside visited and walked through. Since I am older and walk slower, he was very patient. No one would go wrong with a tour of the region with Jerome.

Big surprise! What a wonderful city, how beautiful everything is, how clean. We were lucky even with the weather. What a riot of beautiful and well-kept buildings.

This was an incredible tour for our family of four. My husband and I plus our two children (ages 8 and 11 years-old) had a perfect day with our guide, Theirry! He was so knowledgeable and shared such interesting facts with us as we made our way through Freiburg, a beautiful drive through the Black Forest and then a stop in Titisee! We wanted an authentic cuckoo clock and he took us to this amazing shop where we were able to not only find the perfect one but the store also did international shipping so we didn’t have to worry about getting it back home. Theirry answered our questions and was so generous with his time and knowledge. It was easy to be together and he made us and our girls feel like family. We hope to return and do more tours (and hopefully with him)!

Robin is the ultimate tour guy. He is very knowledgeable of the area and the history in the area. He took us to the best place to eat, and the best place to get dessert and the best place to get souvenirs as well as to see all the sites in the black forest. We highly recommend him.
