ストラスブールは、息をのむような景色と、さらにおいしい料理を楽しめる、絵のように美しいフランスの街です。 フードツアーでは、代表的なアルザス料理のほか、アルザスワインやビールなどをご紹介します。 まずは地元のシャルキュトリーでシャルキュトリーとブレッツェルのテイスティング。 その後、シュクルート、タルトフランベ、アルザスチーズ、クーゲルホップなど、アルザス料理を代表する料理が味わえます。 見逃せない中心部を観光できるだけでなく、地元のガイドからさらに秘密のヒントも得られます。

町で最もピクトレスクな広場の近くにあるこの地元のブティックでチーズのテイスティングをお楽しみください。 ここでは、有名なマンスターなど、地元のチーズの種類を地元のエキスパート家の助けを借りて発見します。
プティット・フランス地区を散策し、伝統的な建物や運河の景色を眺めながら散策しましょう。 そしてここで、甘い言葉で締めくくりましょう。リンゴとシナモンを添えた甘いタルトフランベをひと切れ飲んだり、パンデピステイスティング（クリスマスタイム限定）を楽しんだり、柔らかくて心温まる、有名なクーゲルホップをお試しください。 デザートの選択は季節や食材の入手状況によります。

What a great way to explore Strasbourg… the food was wonderful and plentiful, we started with a French style apéro with German style charcuterie and pretzels, a full main dish of choucroute, with wine, then the infamous Munster cheese and after that, not one but TWO desserts - tarte flambée with cinnamon, apple and calvados being my favourite! Strasbourg is a wonderful place to visit and the guide, Darya, was able to share so many interesting stories and tips on the area, definitely recommend this tour.

For me it was the perfect tour to get to know the city of Straßbourg. The combination of city history and anekdotes about Straßbourg and the food stops where we got to know each other and had great snacks was perfect. The only thing I would change is the repertoir of cheeses presented on the tour, because I love cheese and think France has a lot of great options to try from and we only got to try two different types.
This was a great experience! Raphaël not only was an excellent guide to Strasbourg and its history and actualities, he also used to own several restaurants, so he really knows what he’s talking about when introducing food in Strasbourg. We had a great time with the two of us (father and son): 5 very good tastings, a great tour guide, in a fantastic city. We hesitated to book this, but looking back, it’s been the highlight of our Strasbourg trip!
