The boat was only 20 % full, quiet and smooth. We sat at the very front and loved the views and the complementary drink. (And the refilled bubbly was cheap and enjoyable too). The audio tour link was fine too hear about the surroundings. Overall a chill and relaxed hour with great sightseeing.

Such great value for money. We didn't listen to the audio guide, but we enjoyed seeing the sights and soaking in the sun. It was an hour. There are drinks available and some snacks. If you want something peaceful, cheap, sweet and no fuss, this is great. We went during the day and it was great, the sun and heat were strong though! The staff were so kind. Totally recommend 👌

It is a beautiful way to explore the remarkable city of Budapest and its attractions. The audio is available in several languages, which is really advantageous. Unfortunately, the audio does not indicate when each attraction comes up or on which side it can be seen. This makes orientation somewhat difficult.

One-hour tour with a welcome drink. There was an audio guide, accessible via a QR code. It was a bit interactive. If you want a simple tour, this is what you need. But there is no interaction with others. What is nice if you want privacy. We are going; there is a bar to order something else to drink and refresh ourselves. I appreciated the efficiency of the crew. We didn't have time, but I think the time slot for the sunset is better.

When boarding, a glass of sparkling wine or a non-alcoholic beverage is offered. Punctual departure with impeccable organization that makes the navigation pleasant and romantic, especially for couples. An hour of relaxation where you can admire the beauties of Budapest, such as the Parliament, the Chain Bridge, the Statue of Liberty, etc. I recommend the historic boat.

We chose the Duna Historical boat (Paddle steamer ) for the 20.30 hrs slot on 7th June in order to enjoy both the golden hour & the city lights . Excellent trip which ran to time with cheerful, welcoming staff . A fair bit of space to sit outside ., but probably worth noting that the covered area didn't have glass in the windows so still a good position for photos etc. Prosecco or a soft drink offered as soon as we came aboard with the option to buy more drinks. Cruise was probably a bit more expensive than the other cruise companies that I looked at but I wanted a trip that wasn't packed out with hundreds of people and a smaller boat.

Excellent river cruise with very nice, friendly employees. Even the included glass of sparkling wine was tasty. Very well-kept boats and dock. The two different cruises both leave from Dock 10 (either one is fine... we just chose them by time of departure), which is at the south end of the river cruises line-up on the Pest side and almost under Elisabeth Bridge. We did this cruise 3 days in a row (we liked it that much), and the last time was in highly inclement weather (30 mph winds... we sat inside) and we were among the only guests on board. Still a smooth ride. Highly recommend this company. They do a great job and the city looks beautiful from their boats.

Lovely relaxing river tour. The directions to find the meeting point were clear and easy to follow. We were greeted with a smile and simply had to give the booking name, which was a nice personal touch. You can listen via your mobile phone if you want to hear the audio guide or just simply take in the views and sounds of the boat gliding along. Complimentary glass of fizz was a lovely gesture and we also bought a beer at the bar. I would 100% recommend this as a brilliant way to spend an hour in Budapest.

Great service, nice Frizzante and comfy seats

When we arrived early we found out our original booking for the paddle steamer had been cancelled. We hadn't received an email to let us know. A young man, called Abel, who works for Duna cruises was amazing. He helped us sort another cruise out and did everything he could to help us have a great evening. Able is a great asset to Duna cruises.
