Our horses are highly trained and familiar with this environment, ensuring they remain calm and predictable at all times. Horse Behavior and Group Dynamics: Horses are herd animals and naturally seek to maintain a shared pace. In this case, your partner, being an experienced rider, chose to ride at a more dynamic trot and gallop. Instinctively, your horse attempted to keep up with that pace to stay with the group. This is not a lack of control, but rather the natural social behavior of horses when one rider decides to increase speed. Language Barrier and Instructions: We regret that the direct communication with the guide was a challenge for you. However, it is important to note that your partner understood all instructions perfectly and was able to handle her horse with full skill and safety throughout the entire duration of the tour. Regarding the Refund: We stand by our decision regarding the full payment because the logistics, staff, and animals were fully prepared and provided for you. Your partner completed the entire tour, including fast gallops, demonstrating that the service was delivered correctly and met the expectations for her skill level.
