First rate, personal and totally reliable. A pleasure
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re delighted to hear that you found our service first-rate, personal, and totally reliable. It was a real pleasure assisting you, and we truly appreciate your trust and support. We look forward to helping you again in the future!
I highly recommend this company. As a female travelling alone safety is of utmost importance. After seeing the good reviews on this site I booked both my airport transfers directly with the company. The admin before and during my holiday was prompt and courteous and the drivers Göksun and Fabrizio were lovely, allowing me to practice speaking Italian with them, collecting me when booked and getting me where I needed to go safely. Thank you so much Mauro 😊
"Trust is the most valuable luggage a traveler can carry, and we are honored when our guests place it in our hands." As a solo female traveler, feeling safe and comfortable is essential, so it means a great deal to us to know that we met your expectations. We are delighted that our team could assist you before and during your holiday, and that Göksun and Fabrizio made your journeys enjoyable while helping you practice your Italian along the way! Your kind words truly mean a lot to us. Thank you for your trust, your smile, and for taking the time to share your experience. We look forward to welcoming you back to Italy in the future! Warm regards,
Highly recommend, the driver met us at arrivals within the airport, holding a sign with my name on it, so was easy to find him. The car was spotlessly clean and luxurious. Driver was friendly and professional. We also booked a return journey to the airport.
Thank you very much for your kind review and for choosing Adda Emotion for both your arrival and departure transfers in Milan. We are delighted to hear that you appreciated the professionalism of our driver, the comfort and cleanliness of the vehicle, and the ease of your airport meeting experience. Knowing that you trusted us again for your return journey is the greatest compliment we could receive. We believe that luxury is found in the details — from the first welcome at arrivals to the final goodbye at the airport. Thank you again for your trust and recommendation.
Great service from contact through Mauro to transfer with Andrea. Highly recommended!

Great and timely service. Very quick respond to requests even when your business schedule might require some changes! Highly recommendable choice of transportation!
thanks we are happy when clients are happy
Although my initial pick up from the airport was great, I found my driver easily. Unfortunately he dropped me off at the wrong hotel -stating later he had the wrong address. Although he was willing to come back the hotel had already ordered another taxi. It was a disappointing experience after a long day of flying
you are right. we did mistake form Park Hyatt and Hyatt centric. 3 kms far. When you called driver he could come back for free in very few minuts but you took taxi. It was a mistake : you are right but drivers are human... mistake are not nice but we have to try to resolve. And may be offer you another transfer for free in the next days.... at this point I have to fire a very good driver? So sorry but this review 2 on 5... is not so good for us... enjoy your time in italy
The service was amazing. We've been informed 2 days before of our driver's number before landing at the airport. The chauffeur had a sign in the airport and was very professional. He helped us with the luggages before we could ask. The Mercedes Van looked brand new and it was very luxurious. We warmly recommend this company if you have any trips to do in Milan 👍👍
thanks. we will be happy to meet you again!
Excellent service our driver Mr Pietro messaged us with his number, I was able to let him know our flight was delayed. He was waiting at airport with a board with our name on it. Was very pleasant and chatted with us during the journey. Would use again.
fantastic! see you soon
