I booked for ride they only called me 45 minutse before the ride that their boat has technical problems they cancelled
Service is very poor. Had to book for another boat, because they cancelled the ride on last minutes.

Certainly the most beautiful moment
The ocean cruise boat had technical issues so they were polite and kind enough to offer us a canal boat ride or a refund and we took the canal boat ride and my girlfriend was so happy and excited and had a very good time.

It was a nice experience,...
It was a nice experience, was with my family and we all enjoyed even though it was a bit scary in the middle of an ocean due to high water waves, but overall it was a great experience.
事業者からの返答
Thank you so much for your 5-star review! We're so glad you and your family enjoyed the cruise, even with those big waves in the middle — the ocean likes to remind us who's boss sometimes! 😊 We're happy the overall experience was great and we hope to welcome you all on board again soon for calmer waters. Captain

Super Great boat
They should know that they’re going to find the best staff at the boat that is very friendly and tries by all means to make the boat cruise as nice as possible and doing so, the safety of everyone on the boat comes first.
事業者からの返答
Thank you so much for this amazing 5-star review! As captain, nothing makes me prouder than hearing that. My crew works hard to make every cruise enjoyable, and as you said, your safety will always come first for us. It was a pleasure having you on board, hope to see you again soon!

Disappointed
The boat didn't start we had to go to another boat an hour later
事業者からの返答
Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry about what happened and your trip didn’t start on time due to our mechanical issue we had with our boat. And I had to move you to another boat on the day so you could still enjoy your experience, and i was glad to hear from you that you enjoyed it in the end. Since then, we have found and fixed the issue so this doesn’t happen again. We really appreciate you coming out with us and I hope you will give us another chance in future thank Xolani (Captain)
