Most enjoyable day tour. Great guide (Austin) was very relatable and knowledgeable. He took great care of us all day and did a fantastic job explaining and enhancing the experiences. The bus was extremely comfortable and the maximum tour number of 9 was perfect. The sights we visited were truly worth it.

He went above and beyond the expected tour and also gave us lots of personal tips / tricks / food tips / helped us prioritise / plan the rest of our time in Hanoi . The tour itself was also great ! Soooo many memorable experiences ! We were initially hesitant to book a tour but by it was clear it was money well spent and gave us options we wouldn’t have had / thought of otherwise. It was also a really easy flowing chill day , we did soo much but because they did all the work it felt easy and like I could turn my brain off .

First of all I think this was the absolute highlight of our trip. Paul is simply the best guide we have had and we would love to congratulate him again for his explanations, patience and for sharing with us. You are amazing. The tour is well organised the pick up and transport is easy and smooth, we had an absolute blast seeing the mua caves. Price seems accurate due to the great organisation and the quality of the guide. Tour was well paced, we have optimised the day without having the feeling that we had to rush into the different activities. We were only a small group but I guess that depends on the day. The tour is beat for people who want to discover in an actif way.
