ニューヨーク発ナイアガラの滝 1 日ツアー

This is a must thing to do when you visit New York city. We had fun and our tour guide, Carlos was very nice and kind. He shows so much care for the group. We did the maid of the mist and cave of the winds.

We had a great time! Our driver, Jesus, made it a smooth trip. The tour director, Amy, was delightful and adorable. She did an amazing job of keeping us all together, safe, and informed. I was very impressed how she kept the tour moving along without making us feel pressured or rushed. It was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

This trip was great. The first stop on the trip only had dunkin donuts for a food option which was not good. I also wish the bus was up to date and had a little more room. The maid of the mist is an attraction that you must do (br prepared to get wet). The tour guide Emily was amazing. She was informative and very welcoming.

This tour is a must do. You must do the mist and the cave activity also. Bring along extra clothing and shoes. Our tour lady Emily was anazing , so the two drivers. Thank you guys

A very, very positive experience. Our guide Emily was attentive to every detail and always recommended the best to us. The bus was very precise and punctual. It is worth going for a day to visit these waterfalls.

Tour guide Emily was amazing. Traveled with handicap folks and she suggested the trolley instead of walking Keep us informed of what was going on the entire time. She was extremely knowledgeable about everything.

Emily is a great tour guide!. She informed us about the trip as we went along and made it exciting to get there. It was absolutely beautiful. I traveled from New York to Niagara Falls, leaving at 7 in the morning and returning at 6 in the morning the next day. The falls are phenomenal, including the boat tour, which must absolutely be done. The bus, however, is a bit uncomfortable, and furthermore, I had booked an Italian guide, but only at the end did they inform us that the guide was in English and Spanish (perhaps due to the few bookings made by Italians). For this reason, they granted me a 20% refund on what I spent (after much insistence on my part). The 10:30 PM departure allowed us to also see the evening light show at the falls.
