Our guide Talha was on time and very friendly. He gave us a lot information on places we were visiting. It was a great experience. We were able to see all main attractions in Kyoto in one day.
Great experience being walked around all the locations and taking photos for us, he had great English skills and was very kind and interactive with the children too. He was able to provide a bit of background information about all the sites too. We really enjoyed the special experience and got to see more then we could have navigating the day on our own.

This description is inaccurate. You are hiring a driver, not a guide. Our driver got us from Kyoto to Nara and back. Do not expect any more from this booking. Tour operator extremely unresponsive to challenges we raised with this mis-description. Our driver did not guide us. He had been in Japan for less than a year, provided no verbal information about the sites and had not visited multiple locations we noted to visit (meaning he couldn’t find the entrance or where to park, which made us arrive after the temple closed). He clearly had not seen the itinerary we put together and my friends and I spent most of our day on our phones googling how to get around and answers to our questions about the sites we visited. There was no guiding, only driving. We had one day and I regret using it with this company. Spend your money elsewhere.
Very professional tour operators, I bought 3 days in Kobe, Kyoto and Osaka and everything was perfect!! Punctuality, courtesy and 100% availability, because they accompanied us along the way without ever leaving us alone. Thank you.

The private driver picked us up from the train station and toured us around Kyoto. It was a hot day but the air conditioned van was helpful!

The tour itinerary was very well planned, with enough time to cover all the major sites. Our guide, Sankalpa, was extremely patient, friendly, and flexible. The driver/guide is very nice. But the car was kind of noise during driving. And the guide has limited knowledge about surroundings and visited places. P

Whilst our driver was friendly he was not a tour guide, he hardly spoke to us al all on the full day trip. I explicitly messaged the team asking for a guide and not a driver. We were left to our own devices and no real information was given, we had to google it all ourselves. He was a driver and not a tour guide - what a shame because on a separate trip our driver was a guide and took us to special places, shared lots of interesting facts and advised us of places to see and things to do.

Our driver speak very good English and very professional, humble polite and friendly. Even he gave you tour more than 10 hours. He gave you 12 hours tour and not charge you extra for that. My husband and I visited Mount Fuji for the first time, it was an amazing experience. Our driver picked us up at the hotel and we started our journey of two hours from Tokyo. Our driver was very nice and spoke good English. We had a pleasant conversation throughout the day. He took us to different points where we could experience Mount Fuji from different angles. Mount Fuji was magnificent! Such a natural wonder. We returned safely to Tokyo after the end of the day. The car was very comfortable which allows you to rest after a day of adventure. I totally recommend this service.

Pros: > "tour" was customizable. They allowed us to change the attractions to a shopping mall by the end > Driver tried his best to speak english Cons: > that was not a guided tour. You get a private car and a driver. > driver didn't offer to show us around. He just stayed in the car > driver asked for payment for parking. It should have been included as advertised > car had a foul smell
