Guide is not ethical. Makes people pay (70s) the normal price then passes them off as Brazilians to make a profit. Guide more or less present. But very competent in terms of knowledge

We were not some of the fastest on the route, but our guide was very understanding and good at guiding us on the route.

Excellent experience! Rafael, our guide, was very interesting and friendly. He taught us many things about the local culture and nature. The hike was rather easy but still requires being in good condition (long 2-hour descent and 3-4 hour ascent). Except for the first day's breakfast, the meals were very satisfying. The accommodation was nevertheless rudimentary and not very clean, but it is only for one night. We recommend this tour!!

Wow. What an amazing adventure. We had Franco as a tour guide, and I couldn’t recommend enough. The scenery was absolutely stunning, but it made it even better having Franco as your guide, as we learnt so much about the culture in the area, the history of Condors, the different plants and fruits throughout our hike. I’ve had the best but hardest few days. Would highly recommend if you have a good level of fitness

I did the two day trek and Franco was very informative and answered all of our questions about the wildlife and nature of Peru! I would definitely recommend.

We had a great time on the tour and had a really lovely group. Franco our tour guide was excellent and really made our time on the trek enjoyable. He was so knowledgable and shared lots of information in a fun and engaging way! He had a great mixture of leading the trek and letting us go at our own pace. The trek was really enjoyable and we both had an amazing time and would recommend this 100% The accommodation with a pool was a bonus!

We had such a good time. Our guide Franco took really good care of us and explained a lot about the Colca Canyon as well as the culture. I would recommend this tour for everybody who wants to visit the Colca Canyon

Wonderful tour with a great guide and fun group. Everything around the food was well arranged. Still, we think we could have done this ourselves, without a guide. The path is completely pre-chewed so you can't get lost. At the bottom of the canyon is an entire village where you can book an overnight stay yourself.

Colca Canyon is magnificent but here’s what they don’t tell you in the upfront info. You start at 3300 metres so might have altitude sickness. The guides are very young. It’s v challenging for those over 50. The sun can be punishing & you walk 16km in a day. Thank god for mules to ascend final 1000 metres on day 2. Also by buying in UK we paid in pounds what you pay in dollars.
