I liked the fact that 2 experts speak English well, told me exactly about the tour that suits me! I've been deciding for a long time because I was waiting for a friend! In the end, the friend did not fly, but the company's experts answered endless questions, tried to help us determine the tour, dates, departures, unfortunately the friend could not fly. I am madly glad to have contacted this company, the trip included transfer from hotel to airport, transfer from Kayseri airport to hotel in Kapadocia, transfer to and from the balloon flight !))) It was also possible to constantly ask questions, Huseyin and his partner answered politely, despite the fact that questions were written frequently and at night , for example on the flight to Kayser, meaning they were in touch 24/7!!! The balloon ride is fantastic, everything was organized at the highest level! Also on the second day I took a tour, the valley of Ikhlar is fabulous! Thank you, wish prosperity to your agency, recommend you all !!!!! You are a company that cares about the customer 24/7, thank you very much! And by the way, another flight back to Istanbul was cancelled due to bad weather conditions, and the guys quickly remade the ticket to another airport, to another flight, we left on schedule!!!!! I went to Sultanahmet Old City Travel Agency for a last minute trip to Cappadocia and it was fantastic. I showed up on a Sunday night with a hope of doing a 2-night, 3-day trip starting the next day. They booked my flights, pick-up services, hotel, tour, and balloon ride and everything was perfect. You have to be a little bit flexible and go-with-the-flow: you get information as you need it but not before (e.g. the tour guide in the evening will say when the next morning's pick up is). I stayed in a great hotel at the top of a hill with amazing views (Seki Cave hotel), had a lovely day tour (green tour), and was able to take a balloon ride. Thank you!

We went to Cappadocia with a friend of mine, we flew a balloon, the hotel we stayed in was very nice, when I go back to Istanbul, I'd rather travel through the old town of Sultanahmet, thanks for everything🤗🤗🤗🇰🇬
