Excellent organization and really fun tour even at 32 degrees Celsius! An unbeatable experience, an agency that kept an eye on every detail, and managed that despite not being able to fly in a balloon due to climatic issues, they made the fact go almost unnoticed. I didn't plan my trip properly, so I went to Istanbul and asked to tour Cappadocia. This travel agency worked so hard to come up with a plan that I was able to take a wonderful balloon tour. However, it is strongly recommended to bring cash as prices in Turkey are soaring and using a credit card can add fees.

We could not do the flight in the air balloon because of weather reasons and that was our motivation to do this activity but, the worst was that they changed the time of our fllight and they did not consult us. Be careful with this because we arrived in Stambul at 2.00 a.m. They sell you that the returning flight is at 20.35 p.m. but it is not real, after they give you a cheaper flight that leaves from Capadocia iver 23.00 p.m.

A wonderful place, a wonderful hotel that leaves nothing to be desired, as well as a breathtaking view. I recommend it to everyone whether family, couple or single to have seen this place once.
