It was very good, the booking process was very fast, the guides were excellent people, they explain very well, the only thing was an issue with the pickup process for people, since it was a bit more delayed than what was indicated in the tour explanation. The lunch at Mambo was excellent, by the way.
We liked everything a lot, the pickup; the guide's attitude and the experience.

I loved the experience I lived thanks to María and Aisa for making the reservations for my tours, it was a nice memory that I was able to create with my mom, son, and niece, from the pickup, the tour until the end of it, the guides were very kind, super funny with a lot of knowledge in the area, I definitely recommend them with my eyes closed, very responsible regarding the coordination of the departures and meeting points. Definitely the best agency I have found.

I took the excursion to Barú with the Magic Tour and I cannot be more grateful to Jair, our guide. I took a tour with you a week ago and honestly I liked the experience a lot, I enjoyed it quite a bit. I would like to make a suggestion to you out of respect and without any intention of criticizing. During the tour I saw many animals in difficult conditions and I thought that, as an agency, you could help generate a very positive impact. When you send the tour information, you could include a small message inviting those who wish to bring food or water for the dogs and cats that live on the islands. We visited, if I am not mistaken, Puntilla Island, and it broke my heart to see so many little animals in such bad shape. I am sure that many people, if they knew this reality, would bring food with great pleasure. I know that you move many people and I believe that such a simple message could make a huge difference for those animals. I hope you can consider this idea. I would also like to share another observation. During the tour they took a starfish out of its habitat to show it to the tourists. I understand that the intention may be to teach and bring people closer to nature, but these types of practices should not be promoted, since they can affect the well-being of these animals. I think it would be even more valuable to teach people to admire wildlife by respecting its space and avoiding handling it. I am sure that that message would also help to foster much more responsible and conscious tourism.

Juan was a great tour guide. He made sure everyone knew where they were going and for what time. We were the only English speaking family and he did a great job keeping us in the loop. The mangroves with the raccoons was amazing and they made sure to get pictures and make sure everyone had a chance to interact with the raccoons. The snorkeling wasn’t snorkeling they gave you a set of goggles and that was it. Mambo was great the food was very good, decent portions, and very friendly staff. It was a long bus ride but the AC works. Overall would recommend this excursion to someone wanting to interact with raccoons

The mambo location was nice to stay at, the food was great, and the atmosphere was nice too. We didnt like how crowded the boat was, when we went snorkeling the goggles were not clear hard to see anything under water and my sons google had a hole in it and the water stung his eyes not knowing there was a whole on the goggles. But it was a nice expirence.
