Emili was an incredible tour guide for our Niagara Falls trip. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and knew the perfect spots for photos while sharing amazing history. I highly recommend booking a tour with her!

We had a great time at the Niagra Falls State Park. Our tour guide Emily was amazing, she was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. I am only giving two stars ⭐️ to this tour because the seats in the bus were very uncomfortable, not enough room to move your legs, no place where to put your drinks, the seats didn’t have enough cushion and you could feel the metal in the back of the seat. This was a night tour, and it took about 22 hours round trip. You need to provide comfortable seats and enough leg space for your travelers to be comfortable. The experience at the Niagra Falls was wonderful and our tour guide was great . Everything else was bad.

The falls are impressive and the excursion is worth it just for that, the coach does not meet the conditions for a comfortable overnight trip, the cold air was on full blast and we had to buy a blanket just like other travelers because of how cold it was, the driver's response was that the windows were fogging up, the stops served other interests for the company, in short, the falls were great and the rest could be much better.

It was very nice. Emily gave very detailed information from the falls to directions. And gave alot of time to explore everything. Highly recommend this tour and ask for Emily.

Emily was our tour guide and she was AMAZING! I cannot recommend this trip enough! I am in NYC Fri-Mon and went on this trip on Friday night. Got back with more than enough time on Saturday to still enjoy an evening of city nightlife! I’d also like to thank our drivers Jose and Jorge. It was a very smooth ride with no issues (as someone who is constantly carsick). This experience could not have been better!

The guide Emily was very professional and knowledgeable about the attraction. The only thing I regret is that when I asked her if a person with reduced mobility (my 86-year-old father) could do the Cave of the Winds attraction, she said yes; but it really wasn't possible, so I lost the admission amount for him and had to pay for additional mobility on the trolley.

Great experience that was truly a fun time despite the long bus ride! Time spent with family was great and the sights sounds and feeling linked to Niagara Falls will always be embroiled in my positive memory banks!!!

Take toothpaste underwear and be prepared to get very very wet.....its a long and tiring journey The coach was unsuitable for such a long journey not allowed food on board although stops were made to purchase snacks in some cases food choices were extremely limited.....seating was old and well worn making it very uncomfortable and leg space was limited for tall people....the one really positive was Emily our guide she did a very good job given that there were several nationalities who needed explanations so multiple languages became a little time consuming

I had a great experience! Everything was well organized, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole trip was enjoyable from start to finish. I felt safe, everything ran smoothly, and I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting. Thank you for making it such a memorable trip!
