We had such a lovely time on our Washington, D.C. trip! It was a long day, but the entire experience was enjoyable, comfortable, and very well organized. A big thank you to our wonderful guides, Juanita and Jose, who were warm, friendly, and incredibly informative. They shared so many interesting stories and facts along the way and really made the tour more memorable. And of course, a special mention for our driver, “Super” Mario! 😊 for a very smooth journey. We had a fantastic time & made some wonderful memories. Thank you for making our Washington trip so special!

We enjoyed it overall but they could have made more of all this, given the history and the importance of the city. The main problem was the bilingual tour, especially since we had booked for one in English. It's annoying to have to hear everything twice and it cuts down to half the information that can be offered.

It was a great trip and well organized! Punctual and pleasant! The guides Augustin and Andreas were very open-minded and passionate! Also adorable and very professional. The schedule displayed at the time of booking is respected. I recommend!

I feel quite disappointed and, honestly, scammed by this experience. We booked a tour from New York to Washington D.C. in Spanish precisely because we wanted to receive all the explanations and get to know the history of the places we were going to visit well. However, upon arriving, we found ourselves on a bus where they mixed Spanish and English-speaking passengers at the same time, and the instructions were alternating between the two languages... meaning it was almost impossible to understand. This is not what we bought nor what we expected to receive. When you pay specifically for a tour advertised in Spanish, you expect the tour and instructions to be entirely in Spanish, not to share the service with another language and end up receiving less information. The routes and stops seemed good to me, but for me that does not compensate for the problem; one hires a tour not only to see places, but to learn, understand what one is seeing, and receive the explanations for what one has paid. If they had indicated from the beginning that it was a bilingual Spanish/English tour, it would be acceptable and it would have been our decision to accept it or not, but selling it as a tour in Spanish and then offering something different seems misleading to me. Based on our experience, I do not recommend it. We paid for a tour in Spanish and that is not what we received.

Was disappointed with the pace of the tour. The tour guide practically sprinted through Arlington and a lot of the tour group couldn’t keep pace. We didn’t see the Grave of the Unknown Soldier and a lot of history was missed. Doing the cart tours would have been better. The Smithsonian visit was not well co-ordinated. We were disappointed with the tour guide and the information provided, but the driver was excellent

Exceptional tour to Washington DC with Oda, Guillermo and Diego. They led us to all key sites and explained historic and curious facts. Washington is a must see. Strongly recommend it.

Excellent experience Our Tour guide David was so helpful and really knew all about the tour, Enrique the driver was a real gentleman I definitely would highly recommend this tour, really glad myself and my daughter choose to go on it, worth every dollar

1. The tour itself is very good. It highlights the many important things to see in our nation’s capital. It’s worth it for a once in a lifetime trip if you only have 1 day. 2. The bus ride is very long 3. The guide’s narratives are not totally accurate

It was a memorable experience but the only thing that wasn’t great that we didn’t get to experience to go inside the memorials or closer up to the White House due to events and close to the president birthday. They should have updated on the website for future reference I understand things happen and unfortunate not knowing until last minute. Otherwise it was a great experience the trip advisors were patience and nice! I would rate overall an 8/10

Compact tour that gives you a very good overview of Washington in only 1 day! The guides and driver were lovely and the long drive and sightseeing were not too tiring at all - I recommend!
