My experience was great. My driver, Tara, was very friendly and professional, driving safely everywhere :) The ride was very pleasant, with air conditioner, stopping when I needed to and we also had very interesting conversations. I recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Private Car & Driver Service in Bali I travelled to Bali with my husband and two children, including our 4-year-old, and booked a private car and driver service for 3 days covering Central, North, and East Bali with our own customized itinerary. From the booking stage, I shared my requirements, especially the need for a patient and family-friendly driver since we were travelling with young children. The team understood our needs and arranged everything very well. The vehicles were clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. The AC worked perfectly, which was much appreciated during our long sightseeing days. Both drivers spoke English, were polite, professional, and always arrived on time for pickups. Due to Bali traffic, we often exceeded our booked hours during drop-offs. However, the additional charges were communicated clearly in advance, and the team was very cooperative and transparent regarding payments, which I greatly appreciated. We had the same driver on Days 1 and 2, and a different driver on Day 3. Both were excellent. What stood out the most was their patience. At no point did they rush us, even when travelling with children can sometimes slow down the schedule. They allowed us to enjoy each location at our own pace and made the experience stress-free. As a thoughtful gesture, they also provided three complimentary 500ml bottles of water. This was honestly one of my best experiences hiring a private car service in another country, apart from using Uber, Grab, or Gojek. Their professionalism, flexibility, and customer-focused approach made our Bali trip much more enjoyable. I hope they continue providing the same excellent level of service and wish them all the best. We will definitely look forward to using their services again on a future visit to Bali. The trip with Ngurah was amazing! He was not only a driver, but also a guide.We learned a lot about the traditions of Bali Island and about everyday life. The trip was easy and relaxed. We looked at everything that was planned and managed to do it everywhere.

Widi(Dekwidi), an extraordinary boy. I have never seen so much calm, strength, respect and desire to help. Every day he drove us for 10-12 hours with a permanent smile on his face without getting tired. At the same time, he was our complete guide, he constantly talked to us about faith, language, nationalism, the way of life of Balinese families. Recommendations for traditional food, cheap shops, places and points of interest to visit. What impressed me the most was a moment in a market where he was full of energy at 5 pm after running 10 km in the morning, driving for 9 hours, climbing and descending hundreds of stairs with us to temples, beaches and places to visit, to which I asked him: Where do you get so much energy from, man? To which he answered directly without hesitation: With you I feel like I'm on vacation with my family, not at work. You have all my respect and admiration. I wish you much success and luck!

Due to my flight schedule I had 13 hours of layover in Bali so thought to get around and explore Bali for the first time. Ngurah was assigned as my driver and he was very friendly, professional and helped me a lot in this trip. He not only just drove me around, but also talked about a lot of different stuff about Bali, Indonesia, Hindu, Karma, etc. He tour guided me in Uluwatu temple and showed me around other places. Also I didn't have time to plan places to go so I ask Chatgpt for some suggestions and he then help to recommend some other good spots to fill up the time. Thanks Ngurah for giving me such a smooth and wonderful experience. I had learned a lot from you and the trip even if it was short. Suksma🙏 I don't like putting my pictures online but Ngurah deserves some good reviews. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing full-day trip thanks to Tara, our wonderful driver and guide! 🌿 The journey from Canggu to Munduk was unforgettable — rice terraces, waterfalls, swings, and stunning viewpoints. Tara showed us so many beautiful spots we would have never discovered on our own. He’s kind, thoughtful, always smiling, and full of great suggestions. The highlight was how he handled our late arrival at our hotel, which was deep in the jungle (we actually booked it by mistake 😅). It was very dark and hard to reach at night, but Tara went above and beyond to make sure we got there safely — such a professional! Thank you again, Tara, for your kindness, patience, and great company. 🙏 We highly recommend Tara to anyone who wants to explore Bali in the best way possible — with a guide who truly cares and makes every moment special. 🚗✨

My driver was Yoga. He was friendly, punctual and comfortable person. He explained all our queries very politely. He has a lot knowledge of Balian history culture and Hinduism. We are very pleased to have Yoga. Thank you 🙏
