Jared and Benny were professional and personable! Best way to see and learn about NYC!

Jared and Stephen were the most amazing team ever to show us around NYC! I originally only had 2 full day tours books but ended up booking a 3rd day due to how effortless and efficient the days went! We were able to do EVERYTHING we had planned and more! Jared was so knowledgeable and very patient with all my 14 year old wishes and plans! He did his own research about things she and her bestie may be into and introduced us to even more adventures! We hit all the photo ops snd shops a teenage girl could ever want while still giving us such an amazing tour of the city! Best tour guides we’ve ever had!!!! Loved every minute! Quote from my daughter “Mom, they made the trip more than I could’ve have ever imagined”! We will definitely be back because of them❤️

We did the 6 hour private NYC tour with Sophia and Benny. We had a great day of sightseeing that included every major landmark you can think of in the city! It was informative, fun and perfect for a family that had never been to New York city. Sophia was so fun and engaging. She related so much to our teen kids and they had a blast! Benny was the calm driver who knew exactly where everything was even of it wasn’t on the itinerary. Highly Recommend!!

Liz was our tour guide. She was a wonderful guide! She listened to what we wanted to get out of our tour and she made it happen. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Also, our driver, Stephen, was great!

We had an amazing private tour experience, and it exceeded all of our expectations. Our driver, Steven, was professional, punctual, friendly, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire trip. His knowledge of the area and attention to detail made the journey smooth and enjoyable. Our tour guide, Sophia, was absolutely wonderful! She was knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about sharing the history and culture of each location we visited. She answered all of our questions with enthusiasm and made the experience both educational and fun.

Jared, Lamar, and Joshua were excellent. Very knowledgeable and excited to answer any questions we had. Definitely 10/10! Highly Recommended!

Fred made sure that we saw everything on our bucket list to see or buy. It was great to have them pick us up and deliver us back to our hotel.

The best decision ever. They offered a separate driver and tour guide. Steven was a great driver. Jared, our guide knew everything about The City and Steven could park and stay with the car so Jared could take us to visit the many sites, take ample pictures, go inside and truly experience the many destinations. Not just drive by. I highly recommend (and I almost never highly recommend anything) this tour.

My mom and I (in my early 20’s) absolutely loved our tour with Tom and our driver Ben. Tom was extremely detailed and excited to tell us about the beauty and history of New York City and its famous landmarks. We had the full day tour, but it didn’t feel like 6 hours at all. You could not put a price on the experience we had, it was truly worth every penny. Tom made us feel like we were family, and Ben was an incredible driver with a great attitude. The luxury SUV was a great touch. We went directly from our hotel in Manhattan to all over the city, stopping for pizza in Brooklyn (which was another wonderful experience, and very delicious…we loved the thin crust cheese pizza, great choice, Tom). We have no complaints whatsoever. I loved the city before the tour, but Tom deepened that love with everything he shared (and how excited he was to tell us, we were just as eager to learn). He was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He also loved that we wanted to take photos, and loved taking pictures for us! He’s truly a jack of all trades, he took great pictures! On the way back from the tour to the hotel, he made sure we heard NYC’s anthem — New York, New York by Frank Sinatra. He had a few sayings about the city and rebuilding after tragedy and they truly touched my soul more than he knew. Everyone needs a Tom. Thank you ExperienceNYC, Ben, and especially Tom for such an unforgettable experience, I will be carrying it with me. I will never forget it! It was much more than some tour to us, it is truly an unforgettable experience. Had a difficult time selecting photos, we saw much more than what was pictured.

We booked the One-Day Best of New York private tour, and it was absolutely one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment they picked us up at our hotel until they dropped us back off, the entire experience was seamless, comfortable, and so enjoyable. There were six of us, and the Sprinter van was spacious and very comfortable. Our driver, Ricardo, was excellent — professional, courteous, and an amazing driver in busy New York City traffic. Coming from a smaller town, having someone confidently navigate the city made the experience so relaxing for all of us. Our private tour guide, Jared, was wonderful. He was incredibly knowledgeable about New York City and let us customize the tour based on the places we wanted to spend more time exploring. He shared so many interesting facts and stories about the city — even the seasoned New York travelers in our group learned new things! For the first-time visitors, it was the perfect way to see so much of New York in just six hours. Jared was also an excellent photographer and took some amazing pictures of our group so everyone could be included. One thing we especially loved was that they seemed to know all the best spots that weren’t crowded, so many of our photos looked like private photo shoots. This tour felt personal, relaxed, and truly special because we weren’t grouped with strangers. Every part of the experience was professional and enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City. Ask for Jared and Ricardo!!
