Suzanne has a great eye for fashion and a real talent for finding styles that work for you, not just what’s trendy. As someone who is new to NYC and still figuring out my style here, shopping with her was incredibly helpful. She is patient, encouraging, and makes the most of your time together. She genuinely seems to enjoy helping people find clothes that make them feel good, and her honest feedback gave me more confidence in my choices. She’s also warm, fun, and easy to spend time with, which made the experience much more enjoyable. Shopping has never been one of my favorite activities, but Suzanne made it far less overwhelming and much more productive. I left with clothes I really like and a better sense of what works for me. I highly recommend her and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

Our Tour Guide was supposed to take us shopping for a dress for a special occasion. She was not present with us and seemed to be preoccupied with buying fabric from the stores we visited. We never found anything and we ended the tour early when she suggested we go to Macy’s. Suzanne should probably stop being a guide sooner than later and find something she wants to do vs. feels obligated to do. My recommendation: choose a different tour, no smiles to be found here.

My teen son had an amazing experience shopping with Suzanne all over NYC! She tailored the experience to his tastes and he spent a small amount of money on a lot of terrific clothes. Suzanne is an expert on fashion and New York and is also a lovely and interesting person to hang out with. It was easy to trust her with our 15-year-old and this was one of the highlights of our week-long trip.

If you’re even thinking about booking a personal shopping day with Suzanne DO IT. I went in solo, wanting to take in the sights of NYC and sprinkle in some shopping magic. I booked the small group secondhand shopping experience not knowing what to expect—and ended up with a private day with Suzanne. Total jackpot. Suzanne is smart, fun, totally relatable, and so on trend she knows her stuff but doesn’t make you feel like you have to. I showed up with more vibes than style, and not once did I feel judged. She met me with kindness, expertise, and a sixth sense for reading my likes and dislikes. Literally halfway through the day she could tell by a glance or a head tilt if I wasn’t feeling something. “Oh, you don’t like that let’s find something you do like.” Body language baby! Suzanne was gold. Not only did I come away with some amazing pieces, but I also got a dose of NYC history, learned how to shop secondhand like a pro, and met some seriously cool people along the way. And let me just say watching Suzanne interact with shop owners and locals? Chef’s kiss. Her rapport with people is pure magic. I’ll definitely be back in NYC later this year and yes, I’m 100% booking again. Suzanne, thank you for making this solo shopping day unforgettable. You’ve officially spoiled me for life. Erika-

This was thee coolest and most unique tour I’ve done! It was like thrifting with a personal shopper. Susanne was great! She asked me questions to learn my style, then took me to different stores around the city. She then searched the store for try-on options which allowed me to step out of my comfort zone. I walked away with some amazing finds! She has an eye for great fabrics and quality pieces! 10/10 would recommend! Really cool experience!

Suzanne is an amazing person. She is friendly and knows the city well. We shared life stories like close friends! Definitely recommended!
