Very good guide Irene. She explains everything very well

Our original Tour was canceled, and instead of a whole day in Segovia we were offered a one day tour for Segovia and Avila. It was very good. The team of Beatriz, Irene, Gloria and driver Luis Miguel was amazing. The level of enthusiasm and energy from Beatriz was of the charts and the knowledge and sense of humor of Gloria took the Avila experience to another level.
Dear Felipe, Thank you for sharing your experience. While we understand that having your original full-day Segovia tour canceled was not the plan you had expected, we’re very pleased to hear that the alternative excursion to Ávila and Segovia turned out to be such a positive experience. It’s fantastic to know that Beatriz, Irene, Gloria, and Luis Miguel made the day memorable. We especially appreciate your words about Beatriz’s incredible enthusiasm and energy, as well as Gloria’s knowledge and sense of humor, which made your time in Ávila even more enjoyable. We’ll be delighted to share your compliments with the entire team. Thank you for choosing Fun and Tickets, and we hope to welcome you again on another tour in Spain. Kind regards, Fun and Tickets Team

Ishmael was great! Very knowledgeable and funny! It was very hot so dress accordingly. Great history!
Thank you, Elizabeth, for sharing your experience with us. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your day trip to Segovia and that Ishmael made the tour both informative and fun. A great guide can truly bring history to life, and we are very happy that his knowledge and sense of humor helped make the experience even more memorable for you. Segovia is an extraordinary city filled with centuries of history, from its impressive Roman Aqueduct to its beautiful medieval streets and monuments. We are glad you were able to enjoy and appreciate its rich cultural heritage, even during the summer heat. Your advice about dressing accordingly will surely be helpful for future travelers as well. Thank you once again for choosing Fun and Tickets. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you again on another unforgettable tour in Spain. Best regards, Fun and Tickets Team
our trip was cancelled the day before , and i am waiting for my credit
Good day Marlene, Every cancellation from our side will be fully refunded when it applies. With regards, Fun and Tickets
We were a family group of five people which included two persons over eighty. The tour to Segovia sounded just perfect for us. One city and plenty of free time to investigate Segovia. It turns out that the five of us were the only people booked for that tour on our chosen date. The tour company ( not Viator) called the night before the trip and substituted a more extensive and expensive (free of any extra payment) trip. This trip involved a second city and a fuller itinerary. We ended up walking about 6 miles over the course of the day. I could almost understand the company cancelling , but as a result of adding us to the longer trip there was insufficient room on the bus for us. We travelled in a lovely Cadillac mini van with two other people. If they had to hire the additional transport, they could have just sent us in the mini van to Segovia. Segovia is certainly worth the visit. If we had known sooner, we could have taken a train or bus to Segovia and toured independently.
Dear Linda, Thanks for joining our tour. We apologize for not having met your expectations with regards to the cities included understanding that you wanted to spend more time in Segovia. Kind regards, Fun and Tickets Team
Beautiful experience very good local guides, Laura in Segovia and Gloria in Avila, driver Luis Miguel and micro guide Vigo name no remembrance
Our trip was canceled the day before but the email we received was unclear. I thought it was spam or a scam. We initially reserved a trip to Segovia and Avila. Sometime later it seemed to be changed to only Segovia. When we arrived at the location to start the trip no one was there. We reread the email and realized the trip had been canceled but we had been offered a trip to Segovia and Avila (as we had originally booked). By this time it was too late. We would like our money refunded. We have not heard from the travel company. We have used Trip Advisor and Viator many times in the past and have never had an issue. Can we expect a refund? Thank you
Dear Joe, We are sorry to hear that you missed the tour because you ignored the email received thinking that it was a scam. This could happen to anyone.. Thanks for your understanding. Hoping you have the opportunity to join this tour in the future. With regards, Fun and Tickets Team
Enjoyed the day. Our trip cancelled but the company provided another similar tour. They were very kind and helpful with the change of plans .
