The tour guide has a lot of knowledge on the tour locations. The tour arrangement is on time and accurate. Weather is very hot and the guide has been kind enough to give us enough breaks for the rests.
Absolutely loved this tour. The two walking tours (one in each city) was very manageable. Segovia and Avila were lovely. Our tour guides were knowledgable and friendly. We had Laura for the Segovia portion and she was a great story teller and was engaging with the group.
It was a great experience, very well organized, comfortable AC buses transport. Good tour guide in English, covered the Alcazar in Segovia,Cathedral,walking tour of Segovia ending at the Roman Aqueduct followed by a snack and drink. Avila walls were a sight to behold. Can highly recommend this tour. Note- there's a lot of walking involved so wear comfortable walking shoes. Lots of sunscreen, sunglasses, cap required when visiting in the peak of summers.
There was zero time allocated for any breaks and in the heat this was unacceptable and very hot - i would not recommend this tour. There was non free time or opportunity for five minutes which was not ideal T
Our guide Laura was fantastic , so informative and funny . We really enjoyed Segovia .
We really enjoyed this tour. Federico took us on casual strolls through Avila and Segovia, teaching us in an entertaining way about the history and culture of the towns. The bus was very nice with two levels and good AC. I highly recommend!!!

Beatrice was a very knowledgeable and passionate guide. We highly recommend this tour and this tour guide. The driver Luis Miguel was also great and the bus was very comfortable and clean.

Miguel was a great driver and kept us safe. Beatriz was an excellent guide. She was very detailed in her explanations and very patient with stragglers not keeping proper time. Definitely recommened the tour! It would be nice if during the hour of "free time" in Segovia, we had time to shop. We were taken to a prearranged restaurant which included a drink and a snack. We had the option to eat there or find another place to eat. We choose to eat there as the other options were a little far away but because if the size of the group, the food took a while and we were rushed and some hadn't finished eating, paying, or use the restrooms. We had to eat in Segovia as there was no alloted time to eat in Avila. Other than that, it was a great tour.
