Mussa and the driver Moha met us on time at the indicated location. Very pleasant. The trip lasts 3 hours with an intermediate stop at a local establishment in a town, similar to a rest area, with high prices. Round trip. You arrive at the town of the waterfalls and you have another person who takes you on a tour to see the waterfalls from all the viewpoints. They tell you not to take food that people offer you because they will charge you. You pass through several areas with stalls but you do not have much time to have or buy anything. Because there are times that must be met. It would have been better if they had given you a schedule and you could go at your own pace. They take you to an 8-person boat that brings you close to the base of the waterfall. You have to wait your turn and according to what they said, when we were there, there weren't many people but it felt overcrowded. You have to wait up to 40 minutes if there are a lot of people, the guide told us. The guide was pleasant and answered all the questions, he even spoke Spanish. In the end, at least on this guided tour, he took us to a place to eat but they didn't tell you the prices until you were seated. It was 130 dh per person. In our case, being a group of 8, it would have been cheaper for us at other local places but they didn't tell us or give us another option. It was by far the worst part in terms of feeling obligated since you go with the guide and they didn't give you another option at first. The rest, a 3-4 hour tourist visit that, if it is your first time, is fine.

The guide Musaa was very nice and on the way they told us a couple of things about the flags of Morocco and the Amazigh (Berbers). And at the waterfalls they gave us good instructions, like not feeding the monkeys (although people don't listen to them later).

Very beautiful excursion! We left from Marrakech and after about 3 hours we arrived at our destination where a local guide welcomed us, who showed us the area in addition to telling us various information. Everyone was very kind and welcoming.

Unbeatable experience in terms of value for money. The pickup is simple and close to your place of residence. Fouad is of absolute kindness and professionalism. It is the same with the driver, Moha. Upon arrival, the guide, Jallal, takes charge of us to show us the waterfalls from their most beautiful viewpoints. You will also be able to enjoy the super refreshing boat tour. The excursion ends at the Chez Mounir restaurant where you have the option to eat or not (€13 for the menu with a drink). The food is absolutely excellent, and Mounir as well as his servers are helpful, smiling, and professional. We really enjoyed it. I recommend the experience to you 200%; it was really great.

Go for it with your eyes closed. Fouad, the guide, and Moha, the driver, are of unparalleled professionalism and kindness. Contact made via WhatsApp the day before the excursion, with all the necessary info. Pick-up near our Riad and on time. The day begins with a break after 1 hour and 30 minutes of driving (possibility to eat, restrooms, etc.). Arriving on site, the guide Jallal was also great; he took us to the different viewpoints of the waterfalls (magnificent). He explains and tells us the history of them and tells us more about the country. Once at the bottom of the waterfalls, a boat ride that offers a great view very close to the waterfalls. It is magnificent. The excursion ends at the Chez Mounir restaurant, with quality food if you wish to eat on-site (€13 for a menu including appetizer, main course, water, bread, tea, and dessert). I recommend that you eat there; all the servers are very welcoming. The value for money is unbeatable. The excursion is just as complete as the others. Thanks to the organizers; it was magical.

The bus was very clean with air con, and with our driver, Moha Pro Max, who was comfortable with the route and wasted no time getting us there. Once we arrived at the falls, we went on a nice scenic walk with many checkpoints which was fit for all fitness levels. Fouad gave us very generous advice during our journeys and was an amazing person to talk to and ask questions

Great day out, van there was comfortable with nice AC and our driver Moha Pro Max was comfortable behind the wheel. Ouzoud waterfalls were busy but pretty and the boat trip was enjoyable. Our guide Fouad was friendly and knowledgeable.

The waterfall itself was absolutely stunning and definitely worth the trip. Everything was well organised, and the journey was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun day out and a chance to see some amazing views!
