Our guides Ernesto and Paul were excellent! From the beginning of the tour to the very end, they did their absolute best to ensure we had a memorable time, which was no easy task as we were a large group of 18 family members. They are very knowledgeable, experienced, and an all around great pair of guys! From the onset of the process Gonzalo, our initial main contact at Inkayni, did an outstanding job explaining the services and organizing the entire adventure. Communication from the start of the process to the very end of the tour was SUPERB! Unfortunately, our trip to Machu Picchu was impacted by a forest fire, which altered plans and almost impeded access to Machu Picchu. Paul and Ernesto along with the Inkayni team back in the main office sprang into action to ensure we had accommodations for the unexpected night in Ollantaytambo and managed to get us (all 18 of us!! ) back on track the following day to our much anticipated visit to amazing Machu Picchu, which involved rescheduling accommodations, train tickets, bus tickets and entry tickets. We can't thank the team enough, and especially our guides, for the exceptional services, patience, flexibility, and kindness towards each member of the family.

Great experience; the tour company, and especially the guides, did a great job guiding us through the different sites. They explained every site in great detail, with knowledge and passion. What stood out the most was how they handled adversity. Due to fires, the Machu Picchu train service was suspended for the day. The tour company and the guides, once again, never left us and were in constant communication. They were able to find us accommodation for the night. They gave us a tour of the Sacred Valley, which was not part of the package, and were able to rebook our visit to Machu Picchu, which included our train ticket. Great job, great experience. I will recommend them again. Special thanks to our guides Paul and Ernesto!

I have traveled a lot and worked with many agencies around the world, and I believe that Inkayni is one of the best I have worked with in my life as a traveler. Not only the quality of the activities but also the care and selection of them and their suitability for our family group was excellent. Their recommendations and tips helped us have a 5-star trip where the logistics and preparation of some of the tours are quite complex. Adding to this, the selected hotels, transfers, drivers, and guides were all 5 stars, from Benjamin in Lima to Gladys and Franklin in Cusco, who helped us have the best possible experience. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

The 7 day luxury tour with Inkayni surpassed my expectations. The tour guide, Yeni, was excellent. She was a wealth of knowledge on all of our tours. The history and explanations she provided during each tour made the experience unique. And she ensured excellent service with prompt drivers and details about each day. The lodging accommodations were outstanding with attentive service. And the people of Peru were so friendly every where we went. I'll forever have great memories of this trip.

Our experience with tour guide Edwin was excellent. He was knowledgeable, engaging , and truly passionate about his work .. he was patient , kind and had a sense of humor .. He held out his hand to us .. He anticipated our needs and kept us safe. Our trip to Cusco, the sacred valley, Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain was incredible. Edwin is a wonderful and amazing guide. We fully enjoyed our immersive experience with him. We did a private tour with him for our time in Cusco, et al. I have nothing negative to say about him or our tour in the region. I have no reservations whatsoever recommending Edwin and Inkayni tours. The hotels and service were all excellent and Edwin's knowledge, patience and skill as a tour guide are superb.
