The company was very responsible and fulfilled everything agreed upon. He also helped me organize the itinerary and I told him I was going with my adult mother and he guided us on which tour to take so that it would be easier for her. Highly recommended!

First of all, I just want to give the biggest thank you to Aidette for taking care of my entire trip and making my Peru experience so incredible. From the very beginning, she was so organized and attentive. She handled everything my full itinerary, airport and hotel transfers, daily tours, and even made adjustments when needed. She constantly kept me updated and gave me options to choose from, always checking in to make sure I was comfortable and happy with everything. What really stood out to me was how present and supportive she was the entire time. Whether it was a quick question or a last-minute concern, Aidette was always just a message away so kind, so patient, and so genuine. After each tour or excursion, she would check in just to make sure I got back to the hotel safe and sound. That kind of care and attention really made me feel taken care of and allowed me to enjoy my trip without any stress. I honestly didn’t expect to fall in love with Peru the way I did but because everything went so smoothly and was so thoughtfully planned, I was able to fully enjoy every single moment. Aidette, thank you again for your top-tier service. I’m truly grateful and so happy with everything. We loved the trip, and the intinerary was super complete, also super punctual, the guides of each tour were amazing and very patient with us, the drivers were very friendly, Raul met us at the airport and gave us the travel instructions and everything was very organized, Peru is amazing and we will come back🫶🏻 the experience we had as a family was 10/10 and the agency was the best, I recommend it full, thanks to them we had the best holidays🫶🏻🦙

We pay 30% when booking the tours and the rest on arrival. With the facility that can be paid with euros €. This gave us even more confidence. During the stay in Peru they were attentive with us at every moment, asking us about the stay tour, etc. every day and night. Always in constant contact. Before arriving in Cusco we changed one tour to another and there was no problem, that with other companies you can not do it. Although we had a minor setback, nothing serious, they solved it in less than 10 minutes, giving us back the economic difference immediately. I highly recommend it. Excellent all the Tour organization, we didn't have to worry about anything. Christian and Aidett are a charmer, always attentive that everything was okay and we were not missing anything. Super recommend them
