However, we would like to clarify that your booking was for the Ground Zero and World Trade Center walking tour only. Admission to the 9/11 Museum was not included in the package you purchased. The tour description and inclusions clearly specify whether museum admission is part of the booking. We're sorry if there was any misunderstanding regarding the tour inclusions, but our records indicate that no 9/11 Museum upgrade or museum admission tickets were purchased as part of your reservation.
