Tourist trap , waste of money. You could spend less and have a lot better food. Barely even touched the food.
Beautiful views and service was excellent, however the food was not very appetizing. The soup was okay, however the chicken was not very good at all. The lemon tart was good.
The food was terrible. I can’t believe we paid $500 for a family of five and the food was so unappealing that we mostly ate bread. Even the dessert was bad.
The carpet near window seating was really dirty. Food was cold and not good. Lines unnecessarily long for prepaid services.
Dining at lunchtime with our teenage grandchildren was magical. A wonderful experience from the beginning to the end.
The place is incredible, the tower speaks for itself, but overall I found the service lacking and the food did not meet the expected quality for the price; it is good, but I expected more. The service from the waitstaff was inadequate.
Don’t bother with restaurant, just go up the tower. Food awful and not worth the money. Wine was ok.
Lunch was good the waitress Celine was amazing. We did without drinks and got tap water. I would pay to do this again for sure you get ticket to walk around the first floor wihich was amazing
The food was excellent. There should have been a verbal history for tourists. A bit disappointing for us.
It is not a smooth entrance to the Effel Tower and restaurant. With a reservation and being on time, still had to wait in line for tickets to access the elevator. Then stand in line for the elevator along with going through security even though went through security at the entrance. Then again stand in line anxiously to enter the restaurant but now is late but it obviously didn’t make any difference. We had reservations for 1:30 pm finally got in at 2:00. Supposed to have dinner in an hour and a half but it took 2 hours instead. Very chaotic and confusing. Finally when seated, felt more at ease. The waiters were in no hurry to serve nor to remove plates or to refill drinks. Very crowded seating. It is not an experience that can be done in a hurry if you have something planned to do afterward.
