We celebrated our 20th anniversary, at the same location we got engaged! The late lunch was perfect. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. The atmosphere and attire were much more casual than dinner in the main dining room.

Lots of security at Eiffel Tower now. It makes access a pain. Not as enjoyable as it used to be. It detracts from the experience
A beautiful lunch with the best views in Paris! Amazing experience. We went on an incredibly hot day and they gave us iced tea while waiting outside. That helped the experience.
Lunch was wonderful, service impeccable, and the view is spectacular. The only possible add would be a little more information on exactly which entrance to use. Once we found entrance 1 - everything was easy.
Fabulous meal, staff was so nice, food was wonderful, highly recommend this luncheon! You won’t be disappointed
Getting into the actual restaurant is a bit of a hassle. You check in at the reception on the ground area of the Eiffel Tower. Then you wait in line to get onto an elevator that is jammed packed with people. Then you go in to the reception area and wait in line again to get in to get to your table. When purchasing the more expensive package know that you are within three tables of the windows not specifically on top of the window. It’s an all inclusive luncheon experience with three courses of appetizer, Main, and dessert. They also start you with champagne and your choice of sparkling or flat water. Then they offer wine and take your choices. Our server got every one of my courses wrong. He got my wine wrong. The course that came out for the Main was a chicken that was repugnant in both flavor and texture. Luckily the manager noticed I wasn’t eating it and asked if I would like to try something else. He suggested the beef so I tried it and it was lovely, but by that point, my stomach was already turned as I had been waiting a great deal of time for my appetizer as it was the wrong appetizer to begin with. Once the dessert came, I was already put off, which was unfortunate as this is a very pricey and special occasion that was for my brother‘s 50th birthday. It was unfortunate as I have eaten at the Jules Vern and wanted to try the other restaurant within the Eiffel Tower. This was very disappointing at best. I am truly sad as this was supposed to be the pinnacle of our vacation.
The organization of the tickets and table assignments was something to see. Although the line up to get in seem to take a long time once in the meal and the service was well paced. The wait staff was very good, friendly and efficient. The meal was very tasty which is not what I expected. Pleasantly surprised. This is a must do!
Atmosphere was outstanding however the food was average at best. The appetizer choices were terrible. The main dish was ok and the deserts were ok.
Best view and lovely service. Ticket staff was so helpful and made it accessible for the wheelchair.
