Wow! This is an amazing cooking class. It was totally interactive, we made 10 different dishes, plus 2 spice pastes, all from scratch. The food tasted so good. Soni, our chef was very informative and helpful. We also had an interesting walk through a local market and learned about regional produce. Highly recommended, but go hungry, there was so much food to eat.
So much fun. Learnt the basic raw ingredients for so many different dishes. Chef was a comedian and helpers were so polite. Only one thing to take note of .. drinks are ‘offered’ but not included or complimentary. You need to pay for drinks at the end of the class.
Excellent class. Soni and his staff do an wonderful job with preparation and ease of instruction. Lots of hands on prep and cooking. Lots of dishes and food to sample. Great location and beautiful facility as well.
Absolutely fabulous cooking class with Chef Soni. The perfect blend of making everything from scratch, but with great preparation form the team to make everything run smoothly and make the best use of the time. Soni was a great teacher, engaging, funny and super helpful, able to tailor instructions to the skill set of each participant. We made an absolute feast and it was the best Balinese food I had while in Bali!!
just WOW. What a fantastic day. We had the best mother daughter day. We got picked up from our hotel by their driver. He took us to a traditional market where we met our chef for the day Soni. We had a full tour and got to see and touch the ingredients we were using. Their driver then took us to MUFU Warung and we met all the beautiful staff. We had a welcome drink and lovely sweet dessert. We then started with the run through of everything we were making for the day. 9 different dishes. Beef rendang, pandan pancakes, nasi goreng and mie goreng, soup, satays and sauce, salad and a few more dishes. It was incredible. We got photos all the way through. Then it was time to eat all our dishes. Thankyou so much to everyone involved today. Soni and Novi. We can’t wait to come back and do another cooking class. We also got a certificate at the end along with our own recipe books.
Awesome experience, knowledgeable and professional too! It was so much fun, lots of laughs with chef Soni. Everyone had an opportunity to feel included! Excellent class. Chosen because it includes the basic spice mix which is the base for a lot of dishes. Great fun and delicious rendang. Located Close to Bali airport. Pick up included but not return travel.
Soni our instructor was incredible. The small class size means everyone’s gets a go at doing something and the food is incredible! Would absolutely recommend
