Excellent
I hired three transfers (New Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - New Delhi) and a guided tour in Agra, and it was amazing! Punctuality, excellent communication and compliance of the combined. I mention the excellent work of Ramón, our guide in Agra.

Great experience

Agra tour
Nasir was a great guide! He showed us around the major sites- Taj Mahal, baby Taj and red fort. He had patience through the whole process and explained history and detail behind each monument. I recommend him with foreigners as he speaks multiple languages as well.

Poor, rushed guide experience. Saw much better ones.
I booked with Get Your Guide and was thoroughly disappointed by the whole experience. I booked a 4 site excursion of the Taj Mahal, the Baby Taj, the Red Fort and Mehtab Bagh over 7hours
We didn't even go to Mehtab Bagh. The tour was finished after 3 and a half hours. My tour guide just simply couldn't be bothered. He was walking off, taking calls on his phone constantly, walking ahead (see photo) and rushing me around. I'm very upset. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity to see the Taj Mahal and I was rushed through and at one point had to ask a tourist to take a photo of me. If you've got 7hours allocated to it, there's no harm in taking time to just sit and look.
Even in the queue, other guides were standing talking to their customers, mine went and sat at a coffee stand.
The Red Fort and the Baby Taj were similar - just a rushed walk round, him saying he'd "watch my shoes" as an excuse to sit on his phone and me having to ask for photos to be taken. At the Baby Taj, my guide asked me to complete the feedback in front of him before we left. I said no because I'm not being intimidated into giving false feedback.
I have contacted the company and other than a quick apology text had nothing back. My one opportunity to see the Taj Mahal was ruined by being rushed, not being allowed to sit and enjoy it and feeling like a hindrance asking for photos. I would suggest you use another firm because this one just take your money and treat you poorly.

Interesting experience
The tour was nice and Ali our tour guide was friendly and he took us nice photos and give us useful tips. He took us also to the souvenir shop called silver hut which was also nice. Unfortunately our driver came late to pick us up with smaller car than agreed and we missed some attractions since all attractions close at 5 PM for better future planning. Overall we were satisfied and Taj Mahal was very beautiful

Great tour of key Agra sites!
Faisal was our tour guide to see Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and “Baby Taj” along with a special trip to see the descendants of those who built the Taj Mahal demonstrate marble inlay work. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and flexible! We had a very nice day centered around our choices and interests. I would definitely recommend this tour guide.

Great company for solo traveller to Agra, Fort & Taj
Five glowing stars in all categories for Keeper Landwey and all associates! From the moment my booking was confirmed, communication was quick, exact and covered all bases; and preparations were specific to a solo female traveller. Driver Manjit sent a 'proof of pick up' photograph to "head office" before our 5am Delhi departure - in pouring rain - and was kind, thoughtful and generous in his responses to my myriad of questions during the three-hour drive.
Guide Faizal joined us in Agra and, as if on cue, the weather cleared for our first glimpse and pictures of the Taj. Faizal's pitch was just perfect and so were the time allocations for Taj Mahal, Agra Fort (not to be missed) and the petra dura studio. He quickly picked up on my specific interests and tweaked his presentations to suit.
I thoroughly enjoyed the time spent with both Faizal and Manjit; and was incredibly impressed with the way this business operated. At the end of the tour and before returning to Delhi, we even stopped by the company office for a car safety check, a cup of tea/water and complementary post cards.

A very enjoyable tour
Salimsanu, our tour guide, is so knowlegable and is very friendly. He explained every detail about the hisyory of the Taj Mahal, how it was built etc. On top of that he is an excellent photographer and director. I can not recommend him and his company highly enough. If you are thinking of visiting India and the Taj Mahal, I recommend you give him a ring.

A day in Agrq
Ashish was an amazing guide. He walked me step by step through the history of the Taj Mahal and the Agra fortress, providing me lot of details and information. I really enjoyed my time in Agra and the stop in one of the marble factories for a demo session. Highly recommended!!!
