We were happy with the service and price, but a couple of things to consider. Our car was a brand new Kia SUV, roomy and comfortable. We were so impressed, we researched if it was available for sale in the US. We arrived early from a cruise and they were able to accommodate an early pickup so we didn't have to wait, nice customer service. The communication trying to setup the early pickup was a little rough. While they were great about it, we bounced between 3 different apps to do so; Tripadvisor website, Whatsapp, and what seemed to be the operator's own app. And, though the car was great, we couldn't decide if the driver was completely familiar with it. His driving, while not unsafe, was a little erratic at times. Given everything, we can recommend them, but don't be surprised if there are a couple of hiccups.
Farzad picked us up in the premium people mover so that our ski carrier and luggage all fit. Very nice guy to chat with and an excellent driver.
I often use Luxcar for everything from an airport transfer to a night out in the city and return and I cannot fault their professionalism or service standards. Luxcar is a great company and I will continue to use them and sing their praises. Love Ricky and the boys.

LuxCar reservation process was simple and efficient Rate was extremely reasonable and pick up ( under traffic hazard) at Sydney Domestic by Matthew and delivery was excellent in spotless condition Audi and pickup at Hotel and delivery to Airport by Kousef equally perfect. Highly recommend LuxCar
The driver arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time with the vehicle we ordered. The vehicle was clean and odorless. He accommodated the luggage we had and gave us a worry free ride to the airport. He was also pleasant and personable. We wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again. We also had some easy back and forth using Viator to get the vehicle we needed.
Leonard was early for the pickup. The car was clean and VERY comfortable. Excellent Driver! Got us to the airport safe and with no issue.
