It's well worth having a guide to explain all the history behind creating the Louvre and how centuries of controversy made so many contributions.

Could not find the guide. Just lots of people in line. No guide stands out. Could not retrieve the tickets. Called TripAdvisor. Had to buy new tickets

Not a great experience. Went to advised meeting point at 13:51 and unable to locate the guide. Sent a message to the guide but nil response. I ended up calling reservations who had nil customer engagement and I asked to be put through to the supervisor only to be hung up on. I have screenshots of everything and will claim for a refund upon returning to Australia.

I absolutely love this Tour our Tour guy. William was great explaining the history of paintings and very descriptive of the roles very educational and impressive thank you.

Interesting speech but unworthy audio equipment, we could not hear half of the explanations because of numerous cutouts

The museum itself is overwhelming but this tour made it not only manageable but exciting. We learned a lot and saw a lot. The tour guide was excellent and made it a fun experience!

Tour was great guide very knowledgeable but did feel rushed

Our guide was very polite and very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our tour. It was also helpful that she used an orange hat on a pole for us to easily see where she is.
