The spa, massage was amazing, and We opted to have 1 hour facial/1 hour massage, best ever, highly recommend… However the Seafood dinner wasn’t very nice at all, and couldn’t even have a coctail, as they had ran out of everything, this spoilt the experience …..

The pictures are for a bath couples massage, and a beautiful seafood dinner with a nice spread and a table for two with lanterns on the beach. Now to the actual evening... Our driver was late and we arrived to the spa and they didn’t have room for us, so we were put into a large room with 6 massage beds. Not a couples room or even music playing. The massage was simple and short, well under two hours. They found us a shower spot in a couples massage room. After showing the spa the listing, they took pictures because they felt it was a dishonest listing. The menu showed the cost of the basic massage we had was under $40 USD for two. Now to the dinner. We arrive to a line of Jimbaran restaurants and they don’t have a table set up for us at all. The waiter grabs a lantern from one table, and a menu from another and sits us at a standard table. They bring us bottles of water and we had to pay extra for alcohol. The menu showed our meal as 220000 Rupiah, which is roughly $20. The food was subpar at best, and the restaurant seemed like one you’d stop into for a snack. The dessert was a slice of watermelon. These venues would have been fine if we had paid menu pricing and had walked in off the street without expectations. But the listing pictures are completely inaccurate and the cost was almost $200. We would have spent under $90 booking all of this ourselves. After complaining to the spa, the owner of the listing blocked me from seeing it again, and didn’t respond to messages raising concerns about the night. So much for a surprise date night in Bali!
