Very comfortable and safe ride. Riccardo was friendly and cordial. He knew a lot about different areas we passed during our ride. He also made some recommendations about some things that we can do during our stay on the island.
We ordered a LARGE van for 8 adults, 8 large luggage and 8 carryons. We received a small van for a 3 hour trip in which we had to hold luggage on our laps in order to fit.
We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during the service you booked, but we have sent a regular van for 8 people. Based on the number and size of luggage you were carrying, you should have ordered a minibus and not a van. Furthermore we have not received any indication regarding the number and size of your luggage from Viator, much less from you. You communicated this to the Viator operators who did not notify us. If we had been informed about the number and size of your luggage we would have refused the service and told you to book a minibus, which unfortunately we do not have. Regards Taxi Catania NCC
