One word: INCREDIBLE! Not only for the ingenious, magnificent architecture, but also for every detail that tells a story. Gaudi was a genius, and a humble person with a big heart You cannot pass through Barcelona without visiting the Sagrada Familia with a guide
I booked a 2 hour tour of the Sagrada Família on 30 May. After confirmation of the booking for 8 June, I rescheduled my return flight to the U.S. at the amount of $578. On the evening of 5 June they informed me via email my tour had been canceled due to a private event. No other tour of this famous landmark was available which is my sole purpose to stay in Barcelona. Along with additional nights in a hotel and food, I will incur over $1000 in costs and all due to My Top Tour inability to provide a simple service due to poor management. Do not book with this company.
Hi Jimmy, we’re sorry to read how much this situation affected your trip. The cancellation was caused by a private event at Sagrada Família, a circumstance outside our organization and not related to poor management by our team. As soon as we received the update affecting access to the monument, we informed the customers impacted and managed the available options according to the situation. We fully understand how frustrating it is when a planned visit changes, especially when travel arrangements have been made around it. However, these exceptional closures or restrictions are decided by the monument and are beyond our control. Best regards, Your My Top Tour team
