Very bad experience with this agency. We paid $116 per person for a tour with a guide at 10:30 AM, but they changed the time at the last minute to 11:00 AM. We had another schedule arranged based on the original time, so we could not join the tour and had to use the audio guide instead. We paid for a tour with a guide and did not get it because of their change of time. Also, communication with customer service was very difficult. Very disappointing experience with this agency. The tour was very nice and easy to access, and the meeting location was convenient to find. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly with the group. Everything was very smooth, well organized, and informative. We really enjoyed the tour, especially since we were traveling with kids. The kids loved it and stayed engaged throughout the experience. One important tip: Remember to bring your picture ID, as it is required at the entrance. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this tour!

The Alhambra is amazing! The history and beauty of the buildings and gardens make this a truly unmissable experience. Unfortunately our tour guide's English was very poor. She did not seem to know many verbs in English so her commentary was lacking. And she did not seem to know a lot of the history, just some facts that we easily found in a guide book. But we did come across another guide who was in the same area as our tour group and he was very knowledgeable and his English was excellent. I think we were just unlucky with our guide on that day.

Great tour of the Alhambra bringing the history to life with humour. Very enjoyable. The skip the line was such a bonus.

Take water. Take a guided tour. This experience opens up knowledge of other historical sites. Well worth the time and the price.
