We accidentally got on the C32 bus going the wrong way and wound up missing our start time by a few minutes though we notified City Wonders. Even though our tickets were included they would not release them to you so you can at least see everything even if you miss Nasrid palace entrance time and tour guide. Suggest buying your entrance tickets and getting a guide separately or when you get there otherwise you get zero refunds and won't be able to get in. Had to buy tickets for the next day separately.

There was good value for the cost of the tour which was very educational. I wish my guide spoke slower to make her English easier to understand. She was very friendly and answered all questions. She was great keeping the group together, even when a few would straggle or wander too far! The walking tour was very long and needed a few rest stops. Considering the heat, more frequent water breaks would have been good.

Christina Del Árbol Maroto's tour was great. She took plenty of time everywhere, supplementing the history and information with fun and interesting stories. The Alhambra is an impressively beautiful place, both the gardens and the castles.

We had a fantastic Alhambra tour with Gus! He was incredibly passionate, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun and engaging. His enthusiasm really brought the history of the Alhambra to life. It was absolutely worth the money, and I’d highly recommend his tour to anyone visiting Granada.

Ana the guide was really knowledgeable and made the whole tour really interesting. It was 3 hours in total with a 20 minute break which was perfect.

Ana the guide was brilliant an easy pace and a great knowledge of the whole site. I last visited here in 1983 and. Clearly my memories over imagined the spleandor.

Aitana was our guide for a group of 10 people, 9 of whom were Muslim for whom this was a kind of pilgrimage. The gardens, palaces, the scents, the views were enchanting. You must see the Alhambra once in your life.

We don’t love large tour groups, but Ana did everything possible to make our experience feel customized. It’s a must-see attraction, and I cannot imagine going without the wisdom Ana provided throughout.
