Alexandra and I stayed at 'CORRAL DEL REY-12, 41004 SEVILLE-SPAIN-T+34 954227116- for three days in order to see what we could in the time, of Seville (Spain) The hotel is situated in the old part of Seville where the streets are very narrow in places and some are cobbled. From the moment we arrived, the staff looked after our every need. The staff went out of their way to help by booking places we wished to visit and giving advice on places to eat. Making reservations can be tricky as there are still many tourists at this time of the year. On one occasion, I had left a pair of shoes and a jacket in our wardrobe at their sister hotel and they had automatically transferred the items to our bedroom at Corral Del Rey without my knowledge! On another occasion, I left my mobile on a table of a restaurant during a coffee break and only realised that I had lost it on my return to the hotel! Convinced that I had lost it for good, I reported it to the reception office who kindly rang the mobile number which was fortunately answered by a member of the restaurant staff! A staff member of our hotel gladly went to collect the mobile on on my behalf on her bicycle and returned it to our bedroom! This is surely a service beyond her call of duty and I feel very strongly that this service deserves to be recorded. I recommend this hotel to any one wishing to enjoy the many wonderful sights of Seville and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for looking after us so well. We shall certainly return to the hotel in order to see more of Seville! Stephen Carr
