Our guide José was very communicative with us via WhatsApp. He arrived to our pick up point on time & understood that we were running a bit late because we were traveling as a family. During our ride from Malaga to Sevilla he made us feel comfortable by helping us adjust our seats and our child car seat, providing cold water bottles and offering to make a pit stop for restrooms. He gave us information about the countryside and places we passed by that we never would have gotten if we’d taken a regular taxi or certainly not the train. Jose did talk with us the entire trip in pretty good English. If I wanted a break from the conversation I could have asked, but I was very interested in what he shared and didn’t speak up about resting. For my family of three including a young child, Jose was attentive and drove very safely. We arrived at our destination at the expected place and time and he helped us with our bags. He even shared recommendations of places to eat tapas and drink at rooftop balconies that we ended up using during our stay in Sevilla. Very impressed!

Poor Service
Booked this private minivan transfer for a party of 6. The original flight arrival time was 22.10hrs however, due to air traffic congestion at Stansted we were told to expect a delay of up to 2 hours. Given the 22.10hrs arrival I had previously contacted Seville Inside directly for a local contact mobile number (just in case!). And just as well - I used WhatsApp to message ahead and was told a driver may not be available at that time!?! Not what you want to hear when travelling with a family. I am 100% sure without messaging- there would not have been a driver at the airport and no way of contacting Seville Inside. After further exchanges before departure I was told a driver “should” be available but could not confirm a time. We arrived at 23.45hrs and were contacted though WhatsApp by a driver from his personal mobile - the pick up time he gave was 1.20am 🤷♂️ We were left with no choice but to call an Uber which arrived in 5 mins. Either Seville Inside provide an airport pick up service or they don’t! Flight delays happen and are part and parcel of travel - perhaps they should stick to their coach tours!! If you’re travelling to Seville, don’t waste your money with this company, there are plenty of taxi’s available on arrival that provide a better service at half the price!! I would add that I did receive an apology and full refund a few days later after requesting my money back.

Car transfer
The day before our return transfer to Seville Airport we noticed signs for the Seville Marathon which was taking place the day we were due to go back to the airport. Our transfer was booked at 08:30 but the signs were saying roads were being closed from 08:00. We sent messages to the operator but. It really received any response. Our hotel contacted them on our behalf and said 08:00 hrs would be fine ! Driver arrived at 07:55 hrs and said roads were already closed etc.. he luckily worked his way round and we arrived at the airport in time but if we hadn't have noticed would the car company have contacted us to move the time !!

Good afternoon, we were unable to contact you until the previous day because the Seville City Council hadn't published the street closure times. We knew when we had to pick you up. We're glad everything went well, as in Seville they close all the streets in the city center for the marathon, and it's very difficult to pick up people who are inside. Thank you.

Car transfer Seville airport to hotel
Our driver had messaged to say he was waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign for us.. As we were 4 people with luggage we had a minivan booked - vehicle was clean and spacious. Everything worked smoothly and arrived at our hotel safely

I would like a refund. Driver was no where to be found and we took two cabs.
Get a cab instead and do not waste your money. Taxi station is right outside airport. Less money than this service. I would like a refund. Also website was not working help. Viator may be a scam.
