Great transfer service
Easy transfer to and from the airport. They were exactly where they said they would be. The day they picked us up at the airport they gave us a sheet with the time for our pick up to leave. Clean and comfortable transport. Would recommend and saved any stress getting to the hotel.

Highly recommend
The service was highly efficient and the driver was easy to locate when we came off the flight. The driver, though he didn't speak much, was nice and professional. We arrived at our hotel in a timely manner and he helped with the suitcases. The departure ride was also fast and efficient.

Slow and too expensive
Driver was not there at the exit when we arrived. Then when we found him he had to go get the van which took an additional 10 minutes. Its not faster than getting a grab or taxi and it's more expensive. Avoid!
事業者からの返答
Hello Dr Joe,
Thanks for your comments.
The driver can not wait at the kerbside for you, our guide has to meet you first and then show you to the vehicle. How could we know how long it takes for your collect your luggage and walk outside. You only waited 10 minutes? In fact the guide said it was less than this. If you wanted to order a grab or take a taxi, this would probably take longer just to let you know.
We also disagree that we are too expensive, we are 20% cheaper than the Taxis at the airport with a surcharge they also have! This is easy to check with google and one of the reasons you booked with us in the beginning?
Thanks,
Nick
