Great activity and history Friendly guide and very helpful Will recommend Was hot but they did have umbrellas
Pom, our local guide, was a very nice & knowledgeable guide. She explained details of each temple while also giving independent time to explore. The tour is well worth it to see and walk through these ancient sites. Positives: She took photos. She ensured that we saw all notable aspects of a site before leaving. She was visible & easy to find. She flashes a note card with the meetup time to avoid any confusion. She reminded of bathroom and cold drink / refreshment locations at each stop. Cons: The lunch stop is combined with the (replica) floating markets. Only 50 - 60 mins is alotted to this part. Recommendation: skip lunch, instead pack snacks or buy snacks at floating market & spend the almost hour walking around the markets. Enjoy a Thai dinner in BKK after you return from the tour.
We had an excellent tour with Ayutthaya Temples and Ayothaya Floating Market From Bangkok. Our guide genuinely wanted to give our small group a wonderful experience, all while providing us with information about the temples and history of the different areas. Our driver was also excellent. He navigated difficult traffic while keeping us safe and comfortable. The tour itself was incredibly fascinating! Even with the heat, there were areas of shade and small breezed as well as complimentary umbrellas to keep the sun from burning. Most of the temple areas are accessible. The short boat excursion around the floating market was nice and the market itself offered delicious smoothies and coconut puddings as well as lovely local clothing and items. I highly recommend Ayutthaya Temples and Ayothaya Floating Market From Bangkok!
Great tour and guide Jenny very very good the only thing we would of liked was more free time at each stop just all felt a bit rushed but otherwise great tour 👍
alex was an awesome host and this was a great day trip to take from bangkok. would definitely recommend visiting here if you like history and want to get out of the city
Comfortable ride with understandable English speaking guide. Enjoyed the floating market but would liked to have had about 15 minutes more there to enjoy lunch without rushing.
Beautiful floating market that you must have seen if you are going to see the ruins. Beautiful clean market with countless nice shops and eats tents. For the price, you don't have to leave it. Good food at this location you can already for a little 6 euros. Nice boats with Thai sellers of food, drinks and small household items.
This was a good, fast paced tour. There was a nice balance between the guiding and explanations and free time given to explore. Our guide Jenny was super helpful and knowledgeable and our driver Gai was safe and speedy. Would recommend doing it after seeing other sights in Bangkok first.
The guide was very friendly and nice, and the driver was very professional. We wished that we had more time to explore each places we visited.
Excellent to see the temples, totally different to others we saw, the floating market was lovely, cheap souvenirs and cheap food, only thing we didn't like was the elephant rides on offer outside the market, about time the Thai government banned them
