I have not received an entry ticket nor instruction how and where to redeem the voucher. It took 2 hours to figure out how to get in including wasting time staying in line and calling the vendor who did not answer the phone. Fortunately TripAdvisor/Viator representative assisted via the phone and helped me to solve this issue. Overall, the place itself did not meet expectations for the amount of money paid for the tour.

The Topkapi palace has interesting things to offer for the history of the reign of the Ottaman kingdom. However, compared to other popular sites I have visited around the world, the 50 Euro per adult (9 years plus) is a rip off. You know it is a rip off when the Turkish government charges its citizens less than 10 Euros compared to the 50 Euros it charges visitors.
