Additionally, our WhatsApp support team is available 24/7. When provided with a reservation number, they can instantly retrieve and deliver your tickets. Since all tickets were successfully processed and sent through these standard channels, please check your spam folder or messaging history. This museum is a must see place. It is fantastic. Both outside and inside are architectural wonders!
Never got the tickets sent. The provided phone number did not answer. However, the information staff at Guggenheim were helpful and we got into some other tickets

Voucher could not be redeemed because no booking was found by the museum. New tickets had to be bought.

As explicitly stated multiple times on the voucher itself and in our product descriptions, the official museum tickets are sent to your email address separately. Had you checked your email, you would have found the valid tickets ready for use. We provide these clear instructions to ensure all guests have a seamless entry experience. Guggenheim Bilbao is an interesting and fascinating outfit. The exhibits are sometimes surprising, sometimes ridiculous. I bought the tickets for 27 euros through Viator, but there on the spot the tickets cost 15 euros. The recommendation is to buy the tickets there, the museum is huge, there is no risk of not being guaranteed entry
We never received the tickets that were to be sent to us 24 hours before the booking date. Moreover, the price is extremely increased since we would have paid half less by paying on site. Too bad because reading the information I thought the reservation was mandatory.
