This was an amazing and unique experience. Definitely worth the money. The audio tour/ information added a lot to the experience, increased my enjoyment, knowledge and appreciation. Everyone involved was so nice, and I loved the gift shop afterwards

Very poor experience, as previous reviews have said all you see is the same type of fish, which may not be the companies fault, but they advertise about 20!different species can be seen from the submarine. At 65 euro per person, this trip is not worth it. We went as a family 2 adults and 2 teens. The teens were bored after 10 mins. The worst part however was we booked pick up and drop off from San Antonio hotel. The drop off was at a different location (around the corner) from the pick up. As a result we ended up in Costa Teguise with the bus driver telling us this was the last stop. We rang the company and they basically said tough, the bus is nothing to do with them. You cannot miss San Antonio Hotel, the bus driver did not stop at the approved stop. We had to get taxi for 35 euro back to puerto del carmen. Very disappointed.

Regarding the marine life, the complimentary fish charts provided are intended as a guide to help guests identify the species that are commonly found in the area. They are not an advertisement or a guarantee that every species will be seen on each dive. As with any wildlife experience, the marine life varies from day to day depending on natural conditions. We are particularly sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with the return transfer. However, we have looked into this and can confirm that other guests travelling on the same bus successfully disembarked at the San Antonio Hotel stop. The bus stop is located directly outside the hotel and this is also where other passengers left the coach. As your initial collection was made from the stop across the road, we are unable to understand why you remained on the bus when other guests exited at the designated stop. We appreciate that this was frustrating for you, but the transfer operated as scheduled and the designated stop was made. We value all feedback, as it helps us review and improve our service.
