Great experience for marine diversity, current is calm with warm oceans

This snorkeling adventure was amazing! The tour guides did everything to make it the best experience possible. I felt it was well worth the money. Our only complaint was that the meeting spot was a bit of a walk from the dock, but the dock is right by the ferry port. So we went into town only to walk back out and be about 300 feet from where we started. Seems like it would make more sense to meet at the dock. But that was a small thing!

We had an awesome time and saw lots of fish and even a stingray! One of our best times snorkeling ever!

Alexis and Diego took us to 3 amazing spots. Very kid friendly, lots of fish to see and different kinds of large fish!! Great tour!

We had an awesome time snorkeling with our family (kids 11, 11, 9) Diego and Alexis not only kept our family together, they pointed out great finds like baracuda and sea turtles. Everyone on the boat had fun, no line to wait to jump in!!! Highly recommend to families visiting Isla.

We had an amazing snorkeling tour in Isla Mujeres, and what truly made the experience special were our guides, Diego and Alexis. I am not a strong swimmer and was quite nervous when I first got into the water. Alexis was incredibly patient, reassuring, and made me feel safe throughout the entire experience. Within minutes, I felt comfortable and was able to fully enjoy snorkeling. He stayed with the group in the water and always made safety a priority. Diego was also fantastic—friendly, professional, and always making sure everyone was having a great time. The snorkeling equipment was in great condition, the snacks were tasty, and the drinks on board were a nice bonus. Everything was well organized from start to finish. Thank you, Diego and Alexis, for making this such a memorable experience. If you're visiting Isla Mujeres, I highly recommend this tour!

So fun so worth it!! Did the whale shark tour and other snorkel tours around but this one was the best. I really appreciated how much free time we had to snorkel. So so much fun, so many fish and Gerson and Diego were awesome and very informative!!

Trip was canceled because of high winds, which we understand but was not notified of cancelation. But meeting time was noon...there was ample time to notfiy us prior to the meeting. We had to spend $100 on round-trip ferry passes to get to the island plus take an hour to get there to find out it was canceled. We were refunded money with no problem, but had we been notified even an hour before the Noon meeting time we could have easily rescheduled for the next day. We ended up wasting over 4 hours out of the day because of something that could have been avoided with a little communication.

This snorkeling trip is amazing! Our guide was wonderful, and he pointed out all the fish, and we saw a turtle!
