On Saturday, June 20th my wife and I planed on a cruise with your company, we got to Bayside at 7:15p, 10 mins later, it started storming with heavy rains and strong winds, your vessel arrived at 805pm and didn’t disembark til 8:15p, due to the weather. The area where your vessel was, had 5 inches of standing water, where you would have to soak your shoes in order to board the vessel. My wife and I noticed, that due to the heavy rains, that all the outside seats were wet and the only place to be onboard would have to be inside, due to the storm. At that time, we spoke to the dock manager, requesting a refund, he let us know, that there was no refund, even if there was foul weather. That all he could do is give us a rain check, for another day. We mentioned we were leaving the following day and would not be here. He then said, too bad, NO REFUND! Not very nice customer service, especially since the weather was horrible to be out on a boat! Seems the company is more interested in making money than the safety and satisfaction of the customer.
