Terrible experience Our trip was cancelled as we sat upstairs waiting to go. The tour guide came up with an excuse about getting his driving licence. I paid €22 to get to the office for the tour. When I Mentioned this the tour house via a text message conversation he told me it was my own fault for getting a taxi and I should have used public transport to get there. I told him he should not have cancelled 4 minutes before we weee due to start. Myself and my partner were the only 2 people waiting so I’m guessing he either cancelled the trip for everyone else and forgot about us. Or he just cancelled because there was only 2 of us booked for the trip. He did offer a discount if we came back the next day. I declined this offer as I had other plans and didn’t trust him to run up .

Easy ride. Long tour of Town. Sylvain is very caring and sharing his passion for the city. Best to do at the very beginning of your stay because plenty of advices for visiting later.

We had such a fun Saturday afternoon on our bikes with Sylvain learning all about the old town and learning all about the architecture of the “salmon city” 😉 Thank you for being such a wonderful guide and making us laugh out loud. 🫶

When we visit a city, we almost always book a guided bike tour. So we already have some comparative material, but Sylvain really stands out. A lot of knowledge, passion, and humor, but especially a lot of interaction. No rehearsed story being played: Sylvain constantly involves you in the tour, plays on questions and ensures a particularly fun atmosphere. And look at his watch? He clearly isn't doing that. 😉

Sylvan is funny and charming! He also knows so much about Toulouse! We saw so much we never would have! It is not an intensive ride you stop a lot to look and learn!

I showed up at meeting spot and after waiting for 15 minutes I asked the store personnel about guide, they call the guide and he said he was sick and that he had sent an email notifying about the cancellation for sickness, I understand people can get sick with no notice.. but it was disappointing regardless, as I didn't receive any email.. and I lost valuable of my limited time in Toulouse

We had a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide, how’r however the tour extended from three hours to 4 1/2 hours in 35 deg heat so we felt it went in a bit long.

The bike tour was absolutely top-notch! Silvain is an incredibly likable, competent, and funny guide who gives you the most important information about the city. He shared exciting facts about Toulouse. His humorous manner brought a sense of ease to the tour. We learned a lot and laughed a lot. Absolutely recommended for getting to know Toulouse in 3 hours.
